The Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) is real and was part of the Buhari/Osibanjo led administration initiatives. It started with other programmes such as NPower, Market Moni, TraderMoni, etc, in late 2016. Thanks to Saraki led NASS that delayed the budget passage till the end of 2nd quarter.

Below is an independent verification of the claims. Personally, I think there another scheme that is meant for individuals, that is, N5,000. This N20,000 is meant for household and people were selected based on international guidelines and monitored by them also.

If you need it, the criteria is poorest of the poor, just pray to God to make you and your entire household one of such people.

NB: The screenshots were selected on purpose because there are so question that needs clarification and evidence that the programme is not audio.

There has been several reports on the media that the FG has made transfer to millions of Nigerians already. I haven’t received mine and I am doing this thread to know the people that have received theirs.

A friend in Benin told me few days ago that members have started dropping their account details for the bank transfer. The big question is, have you received yours?

The Government need to know this.

This is what happens.

Officials will snap picture of them giving people N20,000. After snaping picture, they will collect back the money and give only N2,000. The remaining N18,000 is going to their pocket.

They should at least be transparent enough to tell us the metrics they used for identifying the vulnerable households that will be receding the 20,000 naira.

Govt can now breathe a sigh of relief and now afford to send N20,000 each to all Nigerians, if it's sincere.

I don't think all Nigerians may get the N20,000 oh. FG said they will cater for the poor and vulnerable households. Not all Nigerians

I believe understanding how FG chose the poor and vulnerable households that got the N20,000 will help clear some questions.

I here there is an agency responsible for compiling the list of poor and vulnerable households in Nigeria.
