callmeDDD: Liar. If she arrested her, she would have made it public immediately and not during random questions and answers from a podcast. The thing really pained her to the bone. Filter pictures unfiltered 😂. Fake life exposed..
If she posted it online, you people will start asking her to be human and forgive the culprit.
Babatundehy: You can never see anyone accelerating and leaning forward, that is torque, torque is what you use to move when you're climbing hills. Horsepower is your Torque multiplied by engine rpm, corolla Uber could be outputting 105hp at 2000rpm while a V6 highlander could be outputting 200hp at 2000rpm, na why Corolla Uber guy go hear fiam, hp pass hp.
Thanks for your response. Given this explanation "corolla Uber could be outputting 105hp at 2000rpm while a V6 highlander could be outputting 200hp at 2000rpm", that mean speed (km/h) measurement across vehicles will not be be the same.
I mean if "corolla uber", assuming is outputting 105hp at 2000rpm, and V6 highlander is outputting 200hp at 2000rpm, corolla uber could be at 80km/h, does it mean that V6 highlander could already be at 100km/h?
I drive my father's corolla 2010 4 cylinders and at 100km/h the rpm is at 2500. My car is RX400h 6 cylinder. I'm currently unable to do the assessment myself because my speedometer is not working and even if it is working the RX400h does not have RPM section on dashboard.
Port443: Buying diesel engine here is a waste of money. It requires longer time to warm up and it only excels in highway drive (who drives highway in this insecure country?) Also carbon buildup will come in handy
It is just not worth it, yes, it will have torque but horsepower will be lacking (see the video below)
We4all: Stale! Don't you men have better things to do with your time than to always criticise women? What bearing does leg chains have on one's character?
Bandits are killing people, young boys have become cultists, ritual killings is on the rise, but it is a woman's physical appearance that is giving you high BP. Smh!
That is what the thread is all about. Non family oriented men and women are M O S T L Y the ones that birthed criminals in the society.
Gracefilled01: But the value of 3 million naira now is way less than 1 million naira 3 years ago. Hence, there's no ROI on the land. The only good thing is, if the land hadn't been procured that time, the money would have been long spent and forgotten.
You are relatively incorrect. If you buy land now let say for N1m and in 4yrs the price naturally changes with economic situation for instance N2m. But the value may remain the same that is what you can buy with N1m 4yrs ago you now buy with N2m.
Your are correct here but true appreciation come if that area is welcoming fast or rapid development and lands started becoming highly demanded due to some activities like stable electricity or govt infrastructure that is largely benefitting the residents of that area.
Above all, buying a safe land is far better that putting your money in the bank.

How do you increase lanes on a bridge? Just curious.
Lithiumite: I have never seen a less quite bike out perform a power bike.
Electric motors defy this logic, though some electric motor are also annoyingly noisy.
SlavaUkraini: Engines with high performance rarely make loud noise.
You can be standing by a car with a high performance engine and your won't hear much noise even when the car is on motion. ...
You can also hear a caterpillar making so much noise from the engine and when it is time to accelerate, Baba will struggle to climb third mainland bridge..
caterpillar is not design to climb TMB at regular vehicle speed. But when you are angry with yourself and want to bring down 3 storey building in a day, caterpillar is at your service.

U will hardly see d men complain, they own their mistake and live with it, but no not the women, they point fingers outward, towards every one else except them selves
Just as they were recruited men were also recruited.
WriterX: The FIRS press release tries to dismiss Atiku’s concerns, but the statement collapses when placed against verifiable facts, policy history, and established global standards in public revenue management. Here is the clear counter-analysis:
1. FIRS avoided the core issue:
Why was Xpress Payments quietly inserted into the TSA ecosystem without public procurement?
The statement lists PSSPs, but it never addresses the root concern:
When was Xpress Payments selected?
Through what process?
Where is the public tender?
Who evaluated them?
What criteria were used?
These are not political questions — they are governance questions.
Nigeria’s Public Procurement Act (Section 16) requires open competitive bidding for engagements involving public revenue systems. There is no record of such a process for Xpress.
This alone validates Atiku’s warning about a quiet, opaque insertion of a politically linked firm into a national revenue pipeline.
2. FIRS claims PSSPs “do not earn fees” —
but their own past agreements contradict this.
Documented evidence shows:
Remita earned ₦3.06 billion in one day (Oct. 2015) from TSA transaction fees — confirmed by both the CBN and the Senate probe of 2015–2016.
The Senate report noted that PSSPs and SystemIntegrators earned 1% of transaction value before the policy was reviewed.
If FIRS is now claiming PSSPs “do not earn fees,” then:
Where is the new policy document?
When was the directive changed?
Where are the published fee schedules?
FIRS cannot rewrite history because it is convenient.
Until the fee structure is publicly released, Nigerians cannot rely on a press statement as evidence.
3. The ‘multi-channel’ claim is a distraction.
The real concern is privatised control and preferential access.
Even if multiple PSSPs exist, the danger is not monopoly — it is parallel gateways managed by politically connected firms.
The key question remains:
Why does the Federal Government need new private gateways when the TSA was specifically designed to eliminate intermediaries?
The IMF, World Bank, and Nigeria’s own TSA policy documents all emphasise:
“Minimise private intermediaries in public revenue collection to reduce leakages, opacity, and political capture.”
Creating more private channels increases, not reduces, systemic risk.
4. Xpress Payments has political ties —
and FIRS did not deny it.
The company’s directors and beneficial owners have well-documented political links, including:
financial contributions to ruling-party figures
partnerships with Lagos-based revenue consultants
previous contracts with state governments tied to the same political network behind Alpha Beta
None of these were addressed.
A public revenue gateway cannot have political fingerprints. This is a governance red flag globally.
5. If the onboarding process is “transparent,”
FIRS should publish the documents.
A truly transparent system would release:
list of all PSSPs
dates of onboarding
procurement process
fee structures
service-level agreements
compliance audits
Until these are made public:
Transparency claims remain unproven.
6. The timing is suspicious
and the FIRS statement does not explain it.
This appointment surfaced:
during a surge in national insecurity
during a collapse in public trust
while the government is under pressure for revenue leakages
and without any public announcement
Policy changes around national revenue cannot be slipped in through back doors.
7. Atiku’s warning is not political —
it is consistent with global best practices.**
Every serious country:
centralises public revenue
removes private toll gates
uses government-to-government channels
limits political influence in treasury operations
Nigeria’s TSA was celebrated globally because it removed private collectors. Reintroducing private intermediaries — quietly — is a regression.
This is the exact fear Atiku articulated.
And FIRS did not address that fear.
FINAL COUNTERPOINT
The FIRS statement provides assurances, not evidence. What Nigerians need are:
procurement documents
fee schedules
onboarding records
service-level agreements
independent audits
Until these are made public, the concerns stand:
This is a quiet re-creation of the Lagos Alpha-Beta model at the national level — a private revenue gate inserted into a sovereign financial artery.
If the government has nothing to hide, it should publish the documents today.
Assurances are not transparency.
You wan give headache to the laptop bois. How dey wan use counter this your counter. By now they will at least wish seun move this topic away from frontpage.
"the suspect had been identified, arrested, and charged to court." When did this happen and what time frame was she apprehended? When will they arrest and charge terrorists parading guns and money and killings on social media to court ? This is not news worthy.
These PSSPs are part of an expanded, transparent, and competitive ecosystem designed to make tax payment easier and more efficient for Nigerians across the country.
Also, PSSPs are NOT collection agents and DO NOT earn a processing fee per payment, nor a percentage of revenues.
Crucially, all revenues collected through these channels go directly into the Federation Account, without diversion, intermediaries, or private control. No PSSP has access to, or custody of, government funds.
How then do they earn their revenue, or is that not supposed to be part of the transparency?
kingreign: For thr tailgate, check the tailgate struts, they may be weak or worn out, also, check the auto tail gate opening and closing mechanism, it may be worn out. For the gear shifter, you should check the shift cable that runs from the shifter stick to the transmission.
Hello friends, my rx400h tailgate is failing. If I tried to open from key or from the button inside the car but it will refuse to open until after I've run the car for like 10 minutes. Does it requires recalibrating after removing car battery because that's the only thing I did that could I suspect.
Also, the gear handle is stiff when changing from park to reverse to neutral and to drive and back.

If police and DSS can be everywhere and be able to pick anybody who insult the president on social media thinking he or she is anonymous, then the president is everywhere dude.
