It doesn't make sense to pay for the renewal of a car you don't use on the road but since we pay for electricity we don't get and when the transformer gets spoilt we still pay to fix it and yet it is not our property i guess you think it is ok

So bro you only pay to renew it when you intend to use it and that applys for a parked vehicle on the road nobody should be asking you to show papers of a parked car as long as it is not parked on a no parking or no loitering space.
