It is two things

1. Either your antenna is faulty

2. The network IC is bad.

Good day everyone, please I need assistance with my xiaomi Redmi 9 phone. I has problems picking network. The network bar just has a cross on it (shown in image) and even when the bar shows full calls don't come in, not reachable. I also have to dial severally before I can call out, keeps dropping. I have taken it to their customer care and a new software was installed but the problem persists. This is so for all networks. I initially thought my sim was damaged and did a sim swap but still same. Please what could be wrong and what can I do. Thanks
