I did my biometrics on the 14th of december too . No decision email till now . I called yesterday and the rep said he was going to escalate it , As he can see my application has gone through all the necessary process. i didnt still get any email .

Can you please help with the number you called ?

Really frustrating Bossyplus, did my biometrics since 16th December and nothing from them. I have sent them several mails, I was only told to mail for another 15days.
