First of all, UGM means unknown gun men. This means that anyone with an agenda can kill someone hiding under UGM.

There are so many killings in the south east that make absolutely no sense. For those killings I have come to realize that third parties are hiding under UGM tag to commit evil knowing that IPOB will get the blame for it.
