Thank you so much and God bless u.

VisaOfficer: Greetings! Yes, of course he should tell the truth. First of all, that's the right thing to do. Secondly, it's easier to remember the truth than to keep lies straight. Third: We have his photo and fingerprints in our system, as he ought to know by now, and if he lies again he will probably never get a visa to the United States. If he tells the truth, the officer will respect that and try to find a way to help him, in spite of his pattern of dishonesty.

If he really has a bona fide spousal relationship with his wife, she should file for him, and he'll likely end up in the U.S. eventually. We'll have extra questions given that he's used a fake identity and then attempted to lie about it, though. But again, additional lies to try to cover up his previous application history will only make his problems worse.

Good day consular, i commend ur doing a nice and wonderful job here...
please i have quick question, my brother has an issue with the us embassy he has previously applied for a visit visa to the embassy in 2002 through a travel agent the agent made him use another name and age to apply for the visitors visa but unfortunately he was ask to reapply he didnt get the visa because the consular said he has not travelled out before.....few years later he won a us lottery he was almost given the visa the week he was ask to come for his visa he was called to come over the consular ask if he has ever applied to embassy before but because he was scared to lose the current visa he said no the consular showed him the pic but he said it was his cousin he was later ask to prove it, he tried but time was not on is side for the lottery's deadline was close by, now is married to an American citizen for a year now but his wife cant really stay for long with she said need to go back and she has been trying to file a family petition on his behalf to stay with her in the us because she cant stay alone and moreso she would need his help when pregnant......please consular do u think if he was called to interview this time he should say the truth and would he get the visa because his wife need's him so much. Thank you
