I think the limiting factor is cost of bandwidth and lack of a viable e-commerce system. If you look at places like India, bandwidht is really cheap. for a cheap hotel room, you get very fast Internet connection, you will pay 6 times the cost of the hotel room in a hotel in Abuja and you'll still get an Internet connection that is 10 times slower than what you get in India.

The Telecoms should really do something about this.

For the fact that Africa has a population of about a Billion people and many countries are growing their economy at around 4 to 6% annually, Dangote is just getting started. African will soon have a boom like the ones in China and India in the past decade. When that happens in 10 to 15 years to come, Dangote would definitely be in the top 10 or even top 5
