Personally, i have lived nt to see heartbreaks as failure but as a tool that fortifies us for greater battle we wud fighting fight letter in life.

My point is that we should learn to handle it rather than fight it cos if one dnt get hurt in relationship one might likely face it in marriage. And that time that person will be so distressed and devastated.
normally heart break is not a failure, I wonder why people see it that way. but one thing that I still don't get, you will think you have learnt in the former relationship but there are always new things to learn in the next one, there are even more mistakes to be made, perhaps more heartbreaks. there isn't a particular road to love, just ride on with it as it moves. you see life generally is complicated love is not an exemption

@2nd paragraph, so true

Just think of it this way.. Shots made outside the 3point arc are worth 3points...within the arc are worth two points. Its only free throws that are worth one.

There's really no "type" of shooting if i may.. Just that some people are good at shooting 3pointers

Just work on ur shooting generally... And also shoot with balance and looking straight at the rim

Just as time goes on.. Ud prolly start doing some show off type of shooting.. Like one hand shooting (using om hand), hook shots (shooting with ur side facing d rim)
Pictured below
I thought free throw is exactly the same thing as penalty

the image looks more like dunking

if your heart was broken, why not ask yourself 'why did I leave my heart in such fragile state, why had I not trained it' we just have to blame ourselves a times or better still no one, pack the heart, fix them back and always move on.
it is when you live as if a man owns your life that you will start afresh

Basic things you need to learn... Handles, shooting and passing.. If your fundamentals are tight, then you're good to go.. The more advanced things would come easy...
Handles is basically how controlled you are when bouncing the ball... Someone with good handles bounces d ball so effortlessly and subconsciously that it's hard to steal from them...

Train your handles by bouncing the ball at low distance from d ground, hands wrapped around the ball (not flat) and try moving around at different speeds... Then start increasing the height from the ground little by little

Then try to train your weaker hand... Then up the training by bouncing two balls simultaneously (this helps improve the subconscious part of ur handles)...

At first you might prolly be looking at the ball.. But as time goes on.. You'll learn to look forward as you bounce. Just put in enuf effort and your handles will be tight soon
wow. thanks for this. I will start with the two hand ball bouncing on my next training.
