You guys should understand that the dynamics of gathering crowds for a guber candidate more often than not differs from the voting patterns at the presidential level, in Benue State for example where I come from, the APC gubernatorial candidate is very popular among the various local government areas and constituents in Benue, and will easily pull a massive crowd cause we will vote for him based on his popularity as an individual and not his party...but come presidential election proper, no sane Benue person will vote for APC ever again after all the killings we've witnessed under this administration.

You would be surprised at the thousands of votes the established political parties will get despite the hardships. It's nothing but structure and the structure will always prove its worth.

Former governor of Zamfara state and senatorial candidate on the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Zamfara West senatorial zone, Alhaji Abdul Aziz Yari has called on his supporters to vote for APC in all positions come 2023.

Abdul Aziz Yari made the call at the launching of his campaign held in his home town Talata Mafara the headquarters of Talata Mafara local government of Zamfara state Sunday.
According to him, Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the best among presidential candidate jostling to lead Nigeria to promise land.

He tasked his supporters to vote for Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the next election to enable him continue with good governance for the nation’s socioeconomic development.
Yari also appealed to his supporters to vote for governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle to continue with good work that have direct bearing on the state.

He also urged supporters and members of APC in the state to remain law abiding citizens and eschew any acts capable of causing havoc during election and campaign.
