Warm greetings to our natural hair divas, today,we'll be learning a simple way to make a natural hair shampoo without spending a fortune.

METHOD:
1.Melt one dudu osun black soap or any natural black soap in a cup of room tempreture water.
2.After soap has dissolved, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of Honey of glycerine, 5-6 drops of tea tree, peppermint or eucalyptus oil(A tablespoon of rose water can be added)
3.Combine all ingredients together, store in an air-tight container and use when neeeded(ensure you store in a cool place)
This dudu osun black soap shampoo makes hair wash very easy and with the added ingredients,it won't have to dry your hair after wash.
Keeps hair super moisturized, cleans the scalp, and removes product build up.
Natural hair is fun, manageable and inexpensive.

A big shout out to our natural hair diva’s. We sincerely believe that you are taking good care of your hair in the most wonderful and exciting way.
In today’s post we’ll be teaching you how to do the hot oil treatment in an interesting way using two amazing spices: Clove and Rosemary.

METHOD:
1. Blend to a dry powdered state 2 tablespoons of clove and 2 tablespoons of rosemary (1 tablespoon of thyme can be an alternative to 2 tablespoons of rosemary)
2.Pour blended spice in a container and pour any carrier oil, enough to slightly rise above the spice level.
3.Use a spoon to mix and combine ingredients together. Cover container and allow to sit for 3 days.
4.After 3 days, sieve mixture to separate spice particles using a clean white handkerchief or a clean cheese cloth.
5.On a clean washed damp hair, apply your clove/rosemary infused oil from scalp massaging up to the ends of hair.(this you can do by sectioning hair to ensure every strand is well coated with this infused oil, and scalped properly massaged)
6.Cover hair with a shower cap or a shopping nylon bag and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Thereafter, you simply rinse with room temperature clean water.

BENEFITS OF THE SPICED HOT OIL TREATMENT:
This special hot oil treatment is a good moisturizing deep conditioner which can be done after washing the hair or before washing the hair (known as pre-poo). It has many benefits as a result of the spices present .These benefits includes: a healthy long hair; stops greying of hair; prevents thinning of hair, dandruff, itchy scalp and ringworm; darkens the hair; conditions the hair; thickens the hair; repairs damaged hair; treats dry scalp and prevents hair loss.

CLOVE & ROSEMARY: These two powerful spices have overtime been credited for some exciting properties such as anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-microbial, antiseptic and germ-killing agents. Fortified with Vitamins A& C, calcium, phosphorous , iron, sodium and potassium. Rosemary for example contains Ursolic acid which helps to increase scalp blood circulation by providing more oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles and that in turn, promotes hair growth.
Examples of carrier oil: Olive oil, Coconut oil, Avocado oil, Sunflower oil, Soya oil, Argan oil, Sesame oil, Almond oil etc
The evidence of the spiced hot oil treatment is not seen overnight, consistently including it in your hair care regimen will help a great deal.
NB: Clove is quite a popular spice, it is commonly used in making zobo drink due to its rich natural flavour.

6.Thereafter,place a clean white handkerchief or clean cheesecloth in a bowl and pour the soaked okra in the clean handkerchief or cheesecloth.
7.Bring hankerchief together and squeeze out the the slimy okra juice.
8. Apply the the okra juice on damp hair, especially after deep conditioning.(don't apply in excess to avoid dripping all over you)
9.This will make your natural hair soft, silky and smooth.
A two strand twist hair style looks super lovely after applying the okra juice.
