Kwam 1’s son, Sultan Omogbadebo Anifowoshe, 26, aka Ayinde, has been arrested alongside 8 others over $2m fraud in U.S.Kwam 1’s son’s arrest came after a Chicago-based investigation, dubbed “Operation Gold Phish,” law enforcement identified a variety of cyber-enabled fraud schemes allegedly carried out by conspirators in the U.S. and Nigeria. One of the alleged schemes involved “romance scams,” in which a conspirator builds trust with a victim through a purported online romance before convincing the victim to send money to a predetermined recipient.

Though the Nigerian EFCC is conducting a related investigation of other individuals in Nigeria, it was gathered that a criminal complaint filed Dec. 4, 2018, in U.S. District Court in Chicago charged the nine defendants with conspiracy to commit wire fraud. A middle aged man, identified as Davy, has reportedly died at the 7th round during sex competition in Lagos hotel.



According to a report by PM express, the incident happened at the popular hotel located in Ikotun area of Lagos where the deceased took the lady identified as Loveth for the competitive romp.

It was gathered that the late Davy had argued with Loveth on who among the duo can last longer during a sex romp. Both claimed that they were stronger and refused to admit defeat.

During the argument, Davy staked N50,000 between him and Loveth on the condition that if Loveth will defeat him during the romp, she will take the money.

Loveth agreed knowing fully that such money was staked. She then got prepared, moved into the hotel and booked for a chalet.

It was gathered that while it lasted Davy went through to the sixth round but Loveth was unshaken till the seventh round when Davy collapsed and died on top of her.

The Nigerian police today re-arraigned the Osun State governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Ademola Adeleke, for exam malpracticeAdeleke, who was first arraigned on a four-count charge brought against him in September, for alleged conspiracy and impersonation among other offences, was re-arraigned on Tuesday, with the charges increased from four to seven-counts, still bordering on similar offences.Adeleke has been accused of conspiring to procure illegal examination results with workers at the Ojo-Aro community grammar school and arraigned him along with a principal and three others accused of conspiring to commit the alleged crime. The police force also accused Mr Adeleke of making false documents, regarding his age and violating the exam malpractice act, CAP E15, 2004.

Fuji music legend, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall has just lost his lead saxophonist, Joel Ajayi who fell into a coma last week due to an undisclosed ailment and was taken for proper medical care by Kwam 1’s personal doctor, Idowu Agarawu, but lost the battle to death a week after.
According to reports, the musician is shattered that despite all his efforts to keep the situation under control, Ajayi lost the battle to the cold hands of death, as his family opted to be moved to a church for prayers, where he died on Sunday, 9th of December 2018.

Ajayi’s demise comes barely three weeks after the death of one of Kwam 1’s band boys, Dipo Odebode Aderibigbe who also complained of lack of sleep when he was invited to cover a show.

At the moment, K1 has reportedly cancelled all engagements this week to mourn the loss of the two prominent members of his band. He revealed to friends that both men never complained of being ill prior to their sudden death.

The three-minute video recorded at night, which has stirred outrage and controversy among Egyptians on social media, shows parts of the climb as a man and a woman scale what appears to be the Great Pyramid of Giza with the skyline of Cairo in the background, CNN reported.

The United States has not granted Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Abubakar Atiku visa, contrary to the wide reports that was being circulated in various news media, Daily Independent reports.
An embassy source revealed that U.S. position on Atiku has not changed and a family source confirmed that Atiku only traveled to the UK and is also back in the country.
“Impression must not be created that the U.S. government is endorsing one particular candidate over the other,’’ he had said.

The minister recalled that for years, there has been a kind of congressional bi-partisan investigation on corruption against certain individuals which had made it difficult for Atiku to secure a U.S. visa.

“I am sure you will all recall the Jefferson’s case and the cold 90,000 U.S. dollar in fridge.

“We are not unaware that Atiku has engaged the services of some lobbyists to persuade the U.S. to issue visa to him.

“Our position is that if the former Vice President is seeking the U.S. visa we have no problem about it.

Former Big Brother Naija contestant Dee One, who was recently bashed over his joke of power supply in Nigeria, has called his critics stupid for not understand the undertone his joke carried.

If you recollect, Dee One recently uploaded uploaded a video in which he argued that Nigerians did not deserve to have 24-hour electricity supply.
He told Sunday Scoop that he was just joking. He said,

“It was sarcasm. There is nobody that doesn’t need electricity. Those bashing me for that post are very stupid because I’m not the government.

If they want to bash anybody, it should be the government. I always tell people to use their gifts to address serious issues. Poor electricity supply is a very big problem in Nigeria and it’s part of the things setting us back.

If people can channel their frustrations to the government with the same vigour (they attacked me online), I believe things will be much better. It’s only in Nigeria that we take comedians seriously and we take politicians as jokers.

“Trending on the Internet doesn’t give one money; it just puts you out there. And if it puts you out there, it then depends on what you’re able to do with the attention.”

In an attempt to emulate Jesus Christ by fasting for 40 days and 40 nights, a pastor, Alfred Ndlovu, got malnourished and died of malnutrition after embarking on a dry fasting that lasted for 30 days.

The 44 year old pastor in a bid of beat Jesus Christ’s record, left home for the bush. He went without food or water for 30 days when he gave up the ghost

The pastor was said to have fasted for thirty days without food.During the period, the 44-year-old clergyman left home for a nearby bush to have prayers, just like Jesus did.

It was reported that Pastor Ndlovu died just a month despite having no history of illness after he had tried to equal or break Jesus Christ’s record of fasting for 40 days.

The report said the Pastor was alone in the wilderness and his body was found by a stranger who then called the police. A close relative said: “He was a very spiritual man. It’s unfortunate he had to die this way. After a month we got the sad news of his death. Pastor was a healthy and religious old man who did not even look his age.”

Until his death, the deceased was known by his family and community at large as a very spiritual person whose faith could move mountains and his death surprised everyone, even church members.

Reacting to the death of the clergyman, one close relative said: ‘He was a very spiritual man. It’s unfortunate he had to die this way. After a month we got the sad news of his death. The pastor was a healthy and religious old man who did not even look his age.

May his soul rest in perfect peace.
