I called mtn customer care 180 told them I have been trying to send text to 32052 to vote for efe but it keep declining. The guy asked me if I can send to other numbers I said yes. So he asked me to go to message center on my phone and change some settings..

N the problem is not insufficient credit o. Cos I Don load to fire na him remain

Click on ur message box go to settings. Scroll down to Sms service center. If it's blank, you need to call mtn to give u their sms center number. Type it on the blank space and Okay. That's what I did for my GLO.

Check the SMS setting and you will see that the GLO sms center number is missing. Try put the correct GLO center number.+2348050001501
