I want to use this post to retract any positive reviews I might have made in the past in this thread about Vietnam.

It has casted. It’s an uphill battle for Nigerians.

Iceland offers some undergraduate studies, as well as post graduate diploma course for free. And they are taught in English.

I'm 42yrs old, and relocating to Iceland via study route for a 3yr bsc program. By September, I should be in Iceland by God's grace. Just paid my registration fee, and other payables. Currently waiting for my resident permit.

You will need your POF funds in your account to cover your tuition and living expenses. It is recommended that you submit a 6-month account statement. The money stays in your account till you get a decision

Learning Institution (DLI) - You must apply to a DLI
Proof of financial support (minimum $10,000 per year) - This is not the current amount, Appr. 21,000 to be increased in September.
Police clearance certificate - Not necessary
Medical exam (panel physician) - Very important, you can use either IOM or Qlife and can also do upfront or wait for a medical request

Also convince them of why you want to go back to school now.
And what you will do with the degree when you get it.
