It is simple. They give you their card, you debit them depending on the amount, charge them and give them cash. The debits from the POS is settled into your account (usually on T+1 basis). You will need a platform( mobile money or agency banking), a POS device to debit cards, cash to handle withdrawal requests.These are just a few requirements.
