SALE SUPPORT ASSISTANT Job Descriptions:
Responsible for the general administrative tasks that include: basic bookkeeping, send relevant information to Sales and Account Managers, conduct pre-verification checks, answer e-mail inquiries, conduct different checks as needed among other functions. SSA is also expected to follow up with the company's debtors to make sure that they pay their debts. He/she must take record of all sales transactions made by the company.
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.

1. General Manager
 Guide the development and implementation of seasonal plans for cultivation, equipment procurement &maintenance, and farm finances
 Provide oversight and manage all daily farm operations i.e. agronomic activities, equipment operations and logistics
 Manage contract negotiations and procurement of input materials such as cassava stems, fertilizer, herbicides, and other consumables
 Serve as liaison between ASIL Farms and the Group -Company, government authorities, host community and other external parties
 Ensure operations are within financial budget
 Ensure all resources required for farm operations are provided in a timely manner
 Guide the development of policies for ASIL farms and ensure administrative efficiency and proper implementation of policies
 Develop and execute appropriate recruiting and training plan in line with corporate objectives
Qualifications
 Minimum of 3 years experience in a General Management role and 1-3 years as a General Manager in a manufacturing or industrial company, or agribusiness
 Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable educational institution
 Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
 Experience in agribusiness management is an added advantage
