Hopefuls, I have spoken at length to some people on this matter.

So lets get some facts right

1) The first list had far less than 10% merit on it

2) At the bolded is currently the reason why there is no merit on the second list, its the same as the first list.

3)Stakeholders don’t want us to go public with this to the presidency because it would likely affect the stakeholders that have been given appointments and the ones that are still lobbying for a spot on the second list.

4) The wait is in no way in the favor of merit candidates. It is as a result of various powers that be playing their cards to corner the recruitment.

5) At this point, this recruitment has lost a lot of credibility.

Was @ DPR office in abj today and was told that all the names on the current list "merit list" have been contacted or have picked up their Apl...infact Abj office does not have the list...its in lag... But just as Marvel 65 said hopefully the remaining is on the suplmtry list
