Please I wanted to seek for your sincere advice for a friend.
The issue is that, his wife is a lecturer in one of the State universities in Nigeria. She has just gotten a full scholarship admission for her PhD in America. He is at present working with a financial institution in Nigeria and they have a kid who is 14months old at present. Please is it advisable for him to leave his job to join her with the kid in America knowing fully well that he wouldn't have official permission to work being a dependant as f2 visa holder. The duration of the scholarship is five years.
