I have created a marketing agency,

the website is www.colemanmarketing.agency

I am trying to hire staff for 50,000 naira but am struggling to get applicants.

I am hiring anyone with any experience all they need is a computer, good reception and headphones.

Any other marketers have this issue? How did you hire?
