Why would you restrict a crypto to a particular country?

Mainly for use in Nigeria. Truth be told, if the project managers don't promote the crypto at the end of the day it would be a useless coin with no value. Mainly for use in Nigeria means, it would be launched by a Nigerian Company and promoted in Nigeria and ofcourse it can be used from any location.
