Arosa: You are right the country is not motivating it's citizens but this man in question did not wait for his country to tell him what to do, he started on his own. This is the 'spirit' we need in Nigeria.
i get!
ok locate the nearest mountain obstruction, create road in it, and see if we wont start from there.

Arosa: Imagine if most of the useless peeps in naija made themselves useful like this man, Nigeria would be the greatest country in the world.
Instead we have more than twenty million daft men wandering about with no plans for their future.

*message!*
But is the country creating such motivation for its citizens.

Cory, like all other ten year olds, loves cookies. So much so, that he has built his life around it. After deciding (at age five) to find a way to buy his mother a car, Cory began selling hot cocoa and lemonade.
After seeing his drive, Cory’s mother suggested he expand the business and begin saving for college. Once cookies came into the mix, everything changed. Not only were his cookies popular, but Cory had the brilliant idea to create an all-natural chocolate chip cookie that people would love. It worked. Today, his business features nine different cookies, and Cory says he is looking to break into the Kosher and nut-free markets in the near future.

His name was Dashrath Manjhi, and it took him 22 years. People laughed at him at first. Years into his project they brought him food and tools. When he was finished, they praised him.

Manjhi was first driven to create a faster path through the mountains to the nearest hospital when his wife was injured. Because they couldn’t get her to a hospital fast enough, she passed away. Manjhi didn’t want anyone else in his village to go through this tragedy.

They told him a single man could not carve down a mountain. This only steeled his resolve.

From 1960 to 1982, from ages 35 to 55, Manjhi picked at the mountain, eventually creating a 360 foot long, 25 foot deep road. This new path cut the trip from his village to the hospital from 44 miles to just 9 miles.

The path through the mountain (indicated by the green arrow) is longer than a football field and makes it easy to transport the sick.

People stopped calling him crazy and started praising him as the ‘Mountain Man.’ The local government has proposed a paved road to be named “Dashrath Manjhi Road” and a hospital in his honor.

The health of his village is owed to the man that carved through a mountain, Dashrath Manjhi.

MSEdLAW: Hello. I am so sorry if this advise is coming rather a bit late. But I am rather bemused that the NDLEA confiscated your laptop. However I would like to ask some few questions.
1. Did u hide narcotics in it?.. If not the statutory duty of NDLEA and laws establishing it precludes it from such functions. I think we have the customs for that.
2. Are laptops on the federal gazette of prohibited imports? To the best of my knowledge I don't think so.
3.Did you pay all your import duties and charges ? They could leverage on this.
4. Have u had a fallout with them before as regards possession, sale or usage of banned substances? U may have been on their watch list.
If you are free of all possible indictable offences. Then they have no right whatsoever to seize your laptop.. I urge u to seek the services of a LAWYER fast before they extort and exploit u for no just cause. Delay defeats justice.. Here is my nos. 08030442448.. Email. Mikebassey@gmail.com. Ciao
thanks alot i appreciate pls i would contact u if something of such arise, the good will be delivered this morning
