Hello laides! I have missed you all. It has been a rollcoaster of events for me. Still watching what I eat and attending an hour a day aerobics class. The most amazing thing happened to me while on my last vacation, came back and I actually lost 1kg, I was really happy. The minimum I add when back from vac is 2kg, never lost b4, this really got me gingered then I enrolled for the aerobics. Myself and dh started seeing the doctor last month, we kept procrastining(out of fear), anyways I know God's report is the greatest of all. On the cinnamon, you can get supreme spice brand from lady butcher on adeniyi jones, dts where I got mine from. Once again I ve missed you all, pls let's keep the group alive. I love the jokes, got me cracking. Xoxo |

Good morning ladies! hope you all had a restful weekend. log for day 13(sunday) Breakfast; Nil Sancks; Plaintain chips lunch; small quantity of jollof rice with chicken evening; suya with grilled fish (in small quantity) snack; an apple and plaintain chips. Dinner; skipped. almost had a sin-free sunday except for the plaintain chips and suya. May God help me. well i checked my weight after 13days of this diet and i have lost 1.3kg. slow and steady i shall get to my mark. originally weighed 84.6kg (not the 83kg i thought) now weigh 83.3kg.wish you all a blissful week ahead. xoxo. |

Hello Ladies, I am so glad I bumped into this group. I have been trying to loose some weight all through my adult years and it has been very difficult. I was so discouraged and depressed prior to bumping into this group. I am ttc and I need to take this healthy living seriously. I easily put on weight and find it extremely difficult to shed it. I hope it is not too late to join the group. I am 83kg, 1.55metres in height,my ideal weight should be 53kg, so i am trying to loose 30kg( may God help us all. |

I can authoritatively tell you all that bluelabs is a dubious company, they are very incompetent and don't deliver on projects. Presently they are owing my company as a result of work not delivered. This set of guys are just looking for cheap publicity and fast money. *smh* |
