Honestly, this is quite unfortunate. looking at the content of this, the publications on twitter and Facebook and subsequently the memo released by the management of the hospital shows the interns welfare is ignored and all attempts to resolve this for over a year plus proved abortive.

My advice? Both parties should consider an indoor smooth resolution, even if it demands patience from the concerned interns. A worker deserves his wages, it's scriptural.
