Pandemonium broke out on Tuesday, 7th of December, 2021, afternoon during an Educational Stakeholders Summit organized by Clement Isong Foundation in commemoration of 2021 International Students Day, in Ibom E- Library, Akwa Ibom State when some thugs allegedly loyal to one Special Assistant to the Governor on Students Affairs, Comr. Akwaowo Clifford Ukpong and one Zone B Coordinator of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Comr. Etiyene Friday Offongekpe vehemently assault and battered Comrade Moses Itakeko, while forcing him to denounce his position under duress. It was gathered that Comrade Moses who is the state Joint Campus Council Chairman cum Panelist on Education Stakeholders Summit was beaten black and blue and dragged out of the summit. Having experienced a lot of difficulty in breathing, he was forced into an 18 seaters bus donated to the students community by the State's Government and they later took him to Food Affairs along Ikot Ekpene road, Uyo where he was coerced under duress to relinquish his office. He narrated how the SA on students affairs arrived the event premises during a group photograph with Commissioner of Information, Hon. Ini Ememobong and later call his thugs to assault him. He said, "just on tuesday the 7th of December 2021, I was invited for an educational summit by the Clement Isong Foundation as a panelist on Education Stakeholders Summit commemorating the 2021 International Students Day midway into the panel discussion, the SA arrived the premises event and later stepped out to make calls around the premises of Ibom E-library calling on some thugs who made their way inside the venue of the event using the student community bus and disrupted the event, which I was later bruised almost to the point of suffocating whilst I'm still admitted in the hospital with injuries and confirmation of partial hearing loss by the doctor in my right ear." Speaking with Ajisam Voice over the phone, Moses explained how NANS President, Comrade Asefon Sunday Adedayo whom was on two days working visit to the state, was manipulated by the culprits to support their perpetrating act. "I asked Asefon why he is interfering in the state structural affairs even to the extend of supporting thugs to brutalize me, but he insist that I should succumb to their decision by denouncing my chairmanship position publicly or face the consequence therein, claiming that the narrative had change, NANS is not meant for faction again. They arrange tables and chairs in form of press conference and I was forced to make the first and second video which doesn't suit their peculiarities, until I did the third video," He revealed. Duress is a constraint illegal exercise when a person makes unlawful threats or otherwise engages in coercive behavior that cause another person to commit acts that the other person would otherwise not commit. He complained that he was molested and battered by the thugs to denounce his office thrice during their scripted video. He further revealed how Comrade Akwaowo and Etiyene had attempted to silence his voice on numerous occasions and threatened his fundamental human rights and freedom of association. According to Moses, he alleged that Akwaowo is using his political appointment and other means to assault and threat his life since his emergence as the JCC Chairman "On the issue of leadership, I took over office from the then NANS-JCC Chairman, Comrade Faith Paulinus on March 5th 2021 at an extraordinary Senate meeting held with representatives from the different tertiary institutions in the state and have been in the discharge of my duties representing the interest of Nigerian students and I don't know of an existing faction not until yesterday when I was forced under duress to rescind my office which to me is an effort in futility," Moses explained. The offense contravene with Chapter 4. Section 33 (1) of the Nigerian Constitution. He call on Nigeria Police Force and other security operatives to hold Clifford and Etiyene responsible for any misfortune against him while reiterating his commitment to serve Nigerian Students in Akwa Ibom State pro-actively. "Since assumption of office all my engagements has been within the confines of the law and I've never taken laws into my hands I do hereby leave my life into the hands of Comrade Akwaowo Clifford Ukpong that if anything happens to me again, he should be held responsible as he has threatened my fundamental human rights to life and freedom of association. "The public space is now awashed with videos of my forced relinquishing of office as NANS-JCC Chairman Akwa Ibom Axis, this took place on Tuesday at Food Affairs under duress. While i remain patient and calm to hear from security operatives and other quarters, the leadership of NANS under my leadership will continue leading the student community pro-actively. But, on the contrary we won't pay brutality for brutality and we will act accordingly if this perpetrators are not brought to book," He added.

.The leadership of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Kaduna State Joint Campus Committee, appeal to Kaduna State Government to review the current lockdown readjustment, favourable to the general public. The JCC chairman, Comrade Umar Farouk Gazali in a press statement released on Sunday 17 May, 2020 in Kaduna frowned as the Kaduna State Government readjust the lockdown ease days from Wednesday and Saturday to Wednesday and Thursday, he claimed that the adjustment is non people oriented and may deterred the well being of the people. The JCC Chairman said that "we find it pertinent to join other dissenting voices and the good people of Kaduna to demand for an holistic review of the current lockdown order to meet contemporary reality. "It is noted that, since the imposition of the lockdown order, economic activities has been crippled, leading most Kaduna residents to depend on their little savings, while those with no savings only hope on God and neighbors for their daily feeding. "We find it pertinent to share with the general public that, states with higher cases like Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory are currently at the verge of second phase of easing lockdown, while Kaduna is still at the initial stage with no sign of reviewing the order. "We frown emphatically at the readjustment of lockdown free days from Wednesday/Saturday to Wednesday/Thursday, as released by the government earlier today, as this readjustment is not people oriented and lack sympathy on the governed." Comrade Umar further acknowledged the effort efforts and preventive measures channelled by the State's Government to curb the spread of COVID 19. "We acknowledge the effort of KDSG for deploying top government officials to interstate borders to ensure no entrance into the state, we observed that, the state recorded cases are mostly imported from other states, the increasing rise in number of imported cases clearly indicate there is little or no connection with the effectiveness of the lockdown currently in place," he added.

Ajiboye Seyi Samson A certain woman had been barren for over 20 years. She is loved by her husband and in-laws. Since she has never for once impudently disrespect him. This made it impossible for her husband to harangued, fierce or launched a vitriolic attack at her. He neither vituperates or annoyed to her flaws or mistakes. In fact everything is hunky dory, all is going on smoothly. He had been advised by friends, colleagues to to as discreetly engaged in an hanky panky behaviour by having extra marital affairs. Like Job, his brain had been wishy washy with series of immoral, wonky and distort ideas. Albeit, he isn't a philanderer, whilst the advise and public reaction can convert him to one. But nay! He ignored and keep on hoping on God. He often gives an hand dog look whenever he thought of his his hapless condition and garrulous chaffing of his neighbours, giggling and making jest of him. THE AGONY OF AN IDENTICAL TWINS AJIBOYE, S. S. episode two I was on a brightly friday, Joy and her clique's were busy rustling the pairs of clothes, shoes, and caps presented to joy by her Prince charming as a birthday gift, like that of the sound of agama lizard against the dry leaves. The cliques were more than a friend, tagging the quadruple sisters as family or blood sisters is neither a bad idea nor mistakes. At times, many often envied their mutual relationship, claiming they were like birds, when one flew, the rest followed. The irony behind their mutual relationship was that they all generate from different tribes and ethnics. Bolu; the Ibadan damsel, Nana; the Kaduna Queen, Ada; the Imo princess and lastly joy; the gentle plumpy Edo girl. The trio unlike joy were fashionable in their twentieth. Joy was at the peaked of her teen's stage when she was admitted to the prestigious polytechnic of Ibadan. She was the youngest and prettiest of the Cliques, her hair was vulcanite-black and it flowed over her shoulders..She had a set of dazzling shiny, halo-white teeth with syrup-sweet lips, unlike others with a curvy plump chest but flat tommy."oh, you are damn pretty, " they always echoed. The nineteenth years old lady was celebrating her birthday indoor with her Cliques. She was filled with a mixture of sadness and hopefully joy. Albeit, she was sober because it wasn't celebrated the way she felt since her dad had lately deprived her of routinely monthly allowances and bonus. Meanwhile the day had been occupied by series of pre-examination test. Whilst, she was happy, her friend's are like mother's and father's to her. Though troublesome but friendly an lovely to be with. They had been celebrating her day right from the 7th hour. On that joyous day, while she was half asleep, her friends shrieked her name " Joy..Joy...joy come and see something". She woke up and shouted "what is that? What's happened?." She paused for a while and rushed outside" I'm coming. " They chorused together "happy birthday," as they poured the reserved water over her body. "Please stop it" she screamed out loud, pleading to them to stopped. She was busy wiping the slightly water drizzling and trickling down her face. Her whitish armless cloth which transparently revealed the inner pink bra's had turned to brown due to mixtures of liquid and solid substance mixed with the water. They giggled out loud at her and later felt guilty and full of remorse after some minutes. They embraced her and take her in. Like flies, their clothes were strewn higgledy-piggledy on the floor. They decided to tidy up the room; arranged their clothes;library of textbooks and notebooks; pairs of shoes; sweeps the cloud of dust; bowl of rice; set of pot and prepared breakfast. Joy is the chef for the week, but Bolu agreed to helped the celebrant. She gazed her eyes on the roaster, pasted at the wall besides Beyonce posters. "Wow it's rice and plantain 'dodo' with local stew" Bolu almost voiced out. "You look so enthusiastic, what's going on?" Ada, facing her direction asked She shrugged "nothing dear." Her believed was that they'd make jest of her if truly known that she was amused because of the roaster. "FFO" they always called her, meaning FOR FOOD ONLY. They were always right, Bolu unlike the rest is fond of eating and cooking. It's arguable to claimed that Bolu is not a student of food and nutrition department or had once been an aprehentice of catering service whereas she is a management's student, business administration precisely. She picked up two out of the three sets of neatly pots but old. Nana, who sat at a corner, busy chatting on Whatsapp with her peeps curiously stood up and tapped Bolu at her shoulder while pointing at the riped bananas " please, you know i liked, dark burned but oily plantain." She pleaded "Please, make a special provision for me. You can mixed palm oil and groundnut oil together." "'Motigbo' have heard you, village girl" she jokingly replied while they all laughed at her. "Bush girl" joy muttered stylishly She picked up the ripped banana and was about to head straight to the door when an heavy but soft hand knocked the door. To be continued ajisam200117 NB- irrespective of what may happened to you, it's temporary, your expectation might not be fulfilled, do not be weary. Something will definitely geared you up. Remembered your friends are your enemy, your enemy at your mutual friends. They'd hurt you and make you happy as well. |
hello fellas, the above titled is a true life story of an identical twins. please keep on anticipating for next episode |
THE AGONY OF AN IDENTICAL TWINS AJIBOYE SEYI SAMSON Episode one The twins "Tee, let's go, the party will rock. Believed me, just for fun. Don't be silly" "Please let me be, don't feel like hanging around. You know I never cherished such a things, isn't it?" " Yes it is, I understand but too much of seriousness without fun makes you a nasty jack" " And excess of play without without focus makes Kenny a real bitch." "Ugh! I don't like it, how on earth would you say such a thing? its unpleasant, watch your speech. An introvert. " "Coo, look at you! Intro.. . what! Did you just called me an introvert?" " Yes I did. You lack social life. How I wished we aren't a replica of each other." " Kenny, be careful, I'd bounced on you now, silly girl" "Buhaha!, was just kidding dear. I'm sorry sister. Please pardon me." "Its OK dear, I'd follow you dear, just to catch some fun" "Really!" "Yep but won't take long, an hour is OK. Look at the time. Its getting late, 7.45pm. You know..... Mummy!" "Oh I see. I understand. An hour is OK. Albeit, the venue is not too close, but we can trek." "Hum, 'waka waka', she can trek tire. Yeye girl." " you're not serious." They both giggled at the jokes. The fact is that, the duo, unlike Cain and Abel loved each other deeply. The reasons behind their happiness is unknown to anyone. Being identical twins doesn't connotes there would be significant relationship between the duo. like others identical twins, they are snail and shell. Unlike other twins, they jokes, quarrel, argued but will never punched each other, they end it with smile. Kenny realised her twin sister attires is different from hers. They enjoys wearing unique attire always except they are indoor but not all times, and she wished they both rock the party with the same attires of hers. She faced her sister and pleaded "Taiwo could you please go inside and change your cloth." "I will do just that", she promised while entering her room to dress up. Taiwo, looks so gorgeous in her outfits, She wore Gothic clothes in a rebellious way. she had a dimples which appeared in her cheeks when she smiled. She is neither tall nor short but and average height of 5.1 feets small curved eyes, slender eyelashes, plump chest with curve hips like question Mark (?) with a delicate, mysterious beauty synonymous to the fragrance of a freshly blossoming flower Her hair was midnight-black and it plunged over her shoulders. She had a blossom saccharine sweet lips. A set of dazzling, angel-white teeth gleamed as she blew gently on her carmine-red fingernails. Kenny gazed eyes on her for a while and compliment her " sister , the shirt looks damn pretty on you." She estopped for some seconds and continued "let's get moving. Shall we?" "Yes, we shall" she sighed, shrugged her shoulders and clung beside her sister It sounded rather ominous to Kenny but she had no choice than to satisfy her goddess, since she wished they both attend the street jamz. They set off in the 8th hour, giggling, chuckles with delight and eventually arrived at a dead end crowdy street when an heavy sounded loops boomed the air. Ajisam190117 |

Life is miserable. Every single activities, events or action often generates a reason. Bad and luck connotes negative and positive meaning respectively when it's been pronounced separately. Whilst, when multiplied together as one, Badluck would be presented in negative form. Same applies to the arithmetic symbol as well plus (+) and minus (-) are different element of BODMAS. It becomes (-) when multiplied together. (+*-=+) It was on a faithful Sunday. I went to visit a close friend not too far from my resident, since the day was hectic. On getting there, I saw him playing checker game(draft) with his neighbor,he chuckles with delight, while his neighbor eyes had is yellowish red, squeezing his face as well. Since it's my best game, I had no option than to join the zaga. I hastily greeted the duo in my native language"Mo ki ota, mo ki Ope ooo" which literally translated means 'I greet the winner and looser as well. My friend replied with amusement "Ota nje ope ni kogbodo fohun" meaning the winner is responding while the looser must not. There sat at a corner a woman with her dog soliloquizing. She was deep in her thought. The aspect that captivates my interest was the well known troublesome dog, named 'Bosere', who kept quiet besides her. Bosere mean 'if you do good'. Immediately, i enquired for the reason why the dog kept quiet and gentle from my friend "Kola, what's wrong with bosere." He replied" you mean the dog, that's her usual way of life. Her lifestyle is determined by her owner condition and present sutuation. She would played, bark, scattered everywhere when her owner is healthy and happy and would kept quiet and gentle when her owner is hungry, sad or soliloquizing. So the dog will sat besides her." I was shocked and astonished on hearing this. If a dog could be sober when her boss is unhappy. If a dog could starved herself when her boss is hungry. If a dog could understand the present condition of her boss. Then who am I not to..? It’s true when they say that "our dogs are the only people who love us more than they love themselves." Your parents feeds you thrice daily but whenever they failed to prepare your dinner for a day. You'd tagged them with all sort of awkward names. Your dad is on sick bed, yet you're bragging round the street, clubbing, instead of you to care for him. Your child will decides. Your boss that that has been paying your wages/salary for over ten years is in bankruptcy. You begins to mock him simply because you've seen another offer or self employed. Your employees is laughing behind you. You've won a lot of contract, But keep on blaming God for the single contract lost due to lateness. No doubt, you need deliverance. Some of your Secondary school mates were in tertiary institutions. All you could do is to blame God to change your destiny. oh! I'm unlucky. Remember many are unable to obtained primary school leaving certificate. Be patient, adapt to present situation, it's temporary not permanent. Think of how to make a change. Less thinking greater happiness. Learn from the dog. "A patient dog ate the fattest bone." AJIBOYE SEYI SAMSON #Ajisam170117© |

“A vision without determinations often
leads to an endless failure.” Be focus and
determined.
“Working hard towards your mission will
fast track your prospecting vision.” The one thing about life is that ‘life’ itself is an irony of life, things turn around. In fact fall apart according to the Noble writer ‘Chinua achebe’. Animals serves as predators to others animals. The dogs played with their teeth and fought with the exact teeth. Hen incubates its eggs and also s----d it before hatching during nutritional deficiency Men serves as predator’s to men Meat butcher we often hear Men butcher they are Tonic wine we know Blood wine they drank Meat flesh we eat Human flesh they ate We trekked They ride We starves They feeds Yet they are not satisfy, they slaughtered us like goat for the sake of inordinately or wrongly desire of wealth, for political ambition, for self actualisation. Men’s flesh were higleddy-pigleddy strewn in their power room. Future leaders laps were replaced with chicken laps for the sake of ‘ego’. Rituals to and fro. Their consciousness had been overwhelmed by their covetousness. SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG ‘ with u if you are a principal officer of the aforementioned. Democracy known as ‘government of the people, by the people, and for the people’ as turned to autocracy. Power is been delegated to the powerless. Arms of government is armless. The elected representatives were representing their families et selfish interest. The executives were implementing their families budget and embezzlement of public funds. Family, friends et relatives were appointed as principal/protocols officer’s. They refused to pay workers renumeration yet they secured billions in their banks account. Stealing billions of naira is tagged as ‘corruption’ yet petty thief’s were prosecuted, claiming it’s a perpetrating act under constitution. There exist not or little Quintessence leaders, majority were perpetrators. The judicial were ‘fanatically corrupt’. Equity existed not, whilst aids the elites and not the masses. ‘He who comes with equity must come with cash, huge ego’. The principal official’s were bunch of unscrupulous Machiavellians. The incorruptible judges were scarce like lion teeth. Our prisons were filled with innocent souls while culprit were squandering dollars til hitherto. Believe me or not ‘SOMETHING IS WRONG’ with your medulla oblongata and your generations if you are a partakers of this. Our education systems known as source and acquisition of knowledge and citadels of learning to all prospecting end potential students. I’d compared it with a market place where certificates is been purchased by the elite’s and governed by hoodlums called rectors, vice Chancellor, provost, principal etc. After struggling with SSCE for year(s) *asked Ciroma Chukwuma Adekunle the years spent in writing SSCE exams before attaining result this year, I’d Wonder the years he’d spent in writing jamb exam not to mention Putme* They claimed no putme fee and we paid screening fee ( change of name, same amount). Albeit the huge amounts paid as acceptance and school fee. Whilst we lacked infrastructural facilities et welfarism “There is freedom of speech but freedom after speech if disallowed.” They freely protest and strikes for days, months, years to protest their selfish interests( ASUU, Asup etc). Meanwhile students were rusticated, suspended for leading/ participating in a peaceful protest, or publishing an articles via social media. The so called National association of Nigerian Students leaders were nothing but a mere coward fighting for their selfish interest. Still wondering why cowards and grandpa’s were elected as Nigerian students leaders, fighting, drinking and stabbing one another during National conventions is all they could do, serving as political dog’s to political parties and claiming its a game of interest. Tunji ekpeti known as mote (UI), Ibukun Omole (OAU), Adeyeye olurunfemi (UNILAG), Olawale Ogunruku (OAU etc were Quintessence examples of students that fought for good welfarism of their institution peacefully, sanctioned was the feedback received. Yet they seek for change, failing to change their dictatorship styles, immorality and unethical behavior. ” Our public schools is been privatised and they promised us free education. “Change begins with me” according to buhari. They are the Genesis of conundrums and Hullabaloos, victimizing and frustrating our students to and fro. We must say, we must voice, we must talk, we refused to mute, we are not zombies. SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG with our education system. They promised to provide job opportunities to our youths and graduate, provides infrastructural facilities, electricity, sounds and solid education ,a daily meal,#5000 monthly to our youth during campaign. All their manifesto were full of propagandas. Millions of youth and graduates were outside there carrying their credentials here and there. The olds failed to retired, no connection no employment irrespective of your qualification, no bribe no employment and corruption is been overwhelmed by key civil servants. Poor electricity we experienced, two hours light, off for a week or month. Accidents and traffic jam everywhere due to poor roads, inadequate water supply, poor medical facilities, inefficiency of environmental facilities, poor agricultural system, increased in fuel price, economy inflation and naira devaluation etc is what we witnessed *e go better, e go better right from the genesis of independent till hitherto, almost 56years*. We rejoiced, shouting ‘freedom at last’ but failed to lived a life that enhanced other’s freedom. “For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains but to live in a way that respect and enhance the freedom of others.” ~ Nelson Mandela. To those that refused to fulfilled their promised, SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG WITH YOU SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG with me because my voice could not be heard globally SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG you if you failed to like, comment or share.
