I don't intend to raise any false alarm but considering the source of such information I think it is wise to seek for further clarification.

I suppose your friend was talking about Estonia of the 18th Century. ...Things have changed. ....a friend of mine, a student of TUT , almost signed a contract with a football club in d local league recently but for his age.......

I think 80eurosx2 means 80 euros in two places.. that is 80euros for three month estonia visa before your TRP ready and 80 euros for TRP application.. stand to be corrected

You are getting it wrong bro. When you did your Skype interview, you would have been awarded a score that you might not be told. This score together with the score you obtained from the grading of your Motivation Letter is what gives you the rank. For the course I applied for, Cyber Security, it is stated clearly under the Specific Programme Requirements that your Skype interview score is over 10 likewise your score for motivation letter. For you to be in competition, you must score 5 and above in each of them. For you to be waitlisted, you must have scored 5 and above in each of the criteria.

that means the score one gets after the skype interview is seperate from the motivation essay's score?

waitlisted simply means you are qualified for the admission but the number of applicants are more than the number of students they want.. so the admission office will look for the best (25) if that's the number they are looking for among you... just hope and pray June 15 is almost here
