Hlo I see others saying format and you will loose your files
you can still get your back your files intact
If you can format a PC then start the process
1)If u get to where you are to format and delete a partition don't delete any partition.. just click on NEXT and your files will be stored in a folder named "windows.old"
2)If u get to where you are to format and delete a partition and you click on next and it tells you that "windows can't be installed on this disk" then follow the next step
Step 1: remove your hard drive from the PC
Step 2: insert it in an external hard drive casin and connect it to another laptop
Step 3: Plug your HDD, Open CMD in administrator mode & type chkdsk /f e:
The 'e' is your drive letter
Wait for it to correct the hard drive and start from number 1
