It amazing how Nigerian business organization runs this days and more specially the service companies like IKEDC.

We thought after the unbundling of PHCN, Nigerians will have course to smile, but far be it as the new company continue in the old ways of PHCN as if the only thing that change is name and the old culture still remains.

For more than two weeks now these communities has been in complete darkness and No physical effort or explanation has been made or giving by the "all powerful" IKEDC representatives or officials on the cause(s) of the problem(s) because they are not accountable to their customers yet they expect their customers to pay for service not rendered or poor serviced rendered by their various organs; like customer care, technical unit and their business units.

They have refused their customers from true service by not supplying and installing prepaid meters which will exposed their deficiency in their service delivery to their customers as this is their means of reaping from where they did not as the case in Ikotun and Ijegun communities and if this is not true, why will IKEDC not restore power in these communities if they know that that they are part of their revenue generating units.

When the PMB said he is not seeing the benefit of privatizing PHCN and he is considering the reversal, all the DISCOs quickly responded by providing stable power supply and now that he occurred by other things, they Discos have renegade on the service level.

For how long shall we be the eenemy of ourselves and for how long shall we keep praying for God's intervention for the things we inflict on ourselves. But know that no Company that deals fraudulently with is customers lives for long.

IKEDC do the right thing by fulfilling your promise to the people of Nigeria by providing stable power supply and stop hiding under untenable excuses.
