I also feel that their might be departmental demands put into considerations too.... Apart from geopolitical criteria their might be selection based on career from the overall performance and that will also bring in low score individuals into the system to balance for the demands...

I got 29% in the first test and i was invited for the second test though EH. So all these speculation move me not. am very sure that God is in control. Simple!!!

Please I'd like to know the criteria testmi used in shortlisting applicants after the first test cos people with low scores scaled through while some weren't invited at all. Will they still use the same criteria to select for interview stage?

. The criteria used are strictly diverse because this is Federal Government Agency recruiting at these maximum capacity for the first time i guess these view criteria
1, Scores per geopolitical zone
2, Scores per Applicants Profession
3, Professional Qualification based especially EH applicants
