greenhulk: Lol, the guy shot himself when he said Xioami or other Chinese phones can't open American websites. But u also made a blunder saying Xioami is taking over the USA. When have they taken over? They are still working on coming to the US by end of this year or 2019, for now they are not in the US. They make good products though, just ordered Redmi note 5 for wify from protein0 today, waiting to be delivered, my first Xioami phone. By taking over I don't mean literally, that's an exaggeration. They're one of the first few (second, maybe?) Chinese brands to penetrate US market. Now considering how strict US standards are on phones and network bands, I believe you understand why I employed the exaggeration earlier. |

SIRTee15: U have a point... While it's much easier to to attain a successful middle class life abroad.... The only place built for a Nigerian to become a billionaire is nigeria..... Funny enough, Nigerians in diaspora understands this more than those at home.... Of course they face institutionalised discrimination regularly n they well know the eventual outcome.... Even 2nd n 3rd generation Nigerians here complain of invisible glass ceiling..... That's why we all must come together to build Nigeria..... Restoring the dignity of that country is a task that must be done..... And it starts from restructuring..... Not everyone wants to be a billionaire. Start with simple comfortable lifestyle first. Good roads, clean water, steady electricity, security and steady salary. Besides, how many billionaires do we have in Nigeria? Are they not all affiliated with politicians stealing your money? Change your mindset for good brother. |

WUdec: So my angle is more from the perspective of purpose. Not the one a white man tried to instill in my brain to accept the most awkward, bizarre and immoral bullsh** ways of life they make seem normal. Their way of life works for them sir. When did the white men try to instill their way of life into your brain? Simply questions asked bro. |

theamerican: Question 7: the U.S. owes no Nigerian student anything in return. The system was designed for students to come here, learn, and go back to Nigeria to continue living their lives. They ensure you get the quality education you paid for, that's the term of the visa/agreement. Despite this, people remain and carve out quality futures for themselves here. please open your mind.
I already told you we both see life differently so... I'll understand if my answers sound like crap to you. You make sense, people who see life like you will understand what you're saying and follow your line of thought. It's just not my style. Thank you for this. They believe once they pay school fees and study in the US then they are automatically entitled to get a job, house and car. The deal is simple, get the education you paid for and go back to your country. Nigerians and entitlement issues.. SMH I think Justwise argued this with someone on this section a while back. |

EMMAACHILE: It seems you are really bittered about Nigeria oh! Nobody is tying you down. Tomorrow I may not be in Nigeria but the last thing I will do is to denigrate it. This country is looking gloomy especially when we look at Buhari's performance.
Too many low IQ people especially from a section of the country and the solution looks too far fetched. Population explosion in the midst of poverty, lack of access to credit, insecurity, infrastructural problems, lack of salary payment.
I am in Kogi now and they were last paid February salary. Imagine the anguish and agony. Some have not even collected February salaries. Funnily, there are still people supporting this here. The problems are still with bad leaders and bad followers. I am not embittered. I just summarized what you just said now in that post. Imagine no salary since February, how are the workers supposed to show up at work with their 100% effort? Tell me please. Do you know stress and hunger reduces mental health/capacity? Do you know that that same stress pushes one to commit crime? Do you know that that same stress/hunger can make a person sacrifice his family?? Now tell me, has Nigeria not taken away the sanity of the people that are experiencing what I just listed. Please tell me. |

In other countries I hear about the 1% ruining it. In Nigeria 96% are ruining it. Only 4% are sane and the number is reducing daily. Nigeria is an IQ Reduction Center. The more you stay in Nigeria the more your mental capacity reduces due to harsh conditions, but hey, some people here still love it so what's my business. PS: Stay if you want to, stop spreading bitterness or lame attempts at sarcasm cause you're used to sufferness and have lost your sanity in the process. |

WUdec: Love how you spoke your mind. Yes i did migrate legally and invested in the country too. Twice.
Mine is different because I see the west differently. Its full of opportunities but I can't get caught up forgetting my purpose in life for the sake of comfort, better healthcare and security. Truth is all those can be bought anywhere u are in the world. Hate me for saying that but i stand on it.
America itself is the most corrupt nation in the world yet people do make it in there and I don't say this from personal hate. Since the history of America, its always had corruption back to back, yet the hardworking people managed to protude from it and emerged victorious.
India is populated and worse off in crime yet they are the top spot for tech companies and credit card companies to source cheap labour and the best hands in I.T.
Nigerian leaders fail the country yr after yr but if one could sit and think about it, nigeria never did shit for you since birth, so why sit down and focus on things you already knew a long time ago.
I find success in opportunity. Nigeria has shitloads of it especially if people in the west could make use of the opportunities they have.
Microfinance emerged from a slum far far far away and Mohammed Yunus still isn't celebrated for his humanitarian efforts or his contribution to society. But that does not stop him from utilising the opportunities he has left in his "dumpster" country as some may put it.
Don't get stuck in the "Bleep nigeria" syndrome if not a lotta y'all will be lost. I like the way you acknowledge the faults of this country |

henrixx: still beating arou d the bush.. Your brain is either dead or non-existent. Theamerican, please continue the gospel. Hopefully these backward facing minds in Nigeria might have a change of heart and actually want progress. When they can't reply with facts they jump to personal questions. I read the other guy's post asking why you weren't at work if you're actually employed. I can't help but laugh at the ignorance oozing from the supposedly "Saviours of Nigeria". If Nigeria is left for them to fix, I definitely don't want to imagine the outcome. Good work by the way. |

I emigrated to Europe 18 yrs ago as teenager and I've got two to three more years to complete my conquest. In the meantime, i love my king life back home and i detest the system i once saw as normal.
e the toughest hustlers in Africa and we can sell you anything including the American dream. No other African nation is that sharp. Simple Question: Did you migrate legally? Why is your case different from those that moved there and are comfortable? Are you enjoying basic amenities in Nigeria? As a citizen in a sane country, are you supposed to be generating electricity for your home individually? Isn't that what NEPA (PHCN) is for? Money isn't success, unless Nigerians edit this mindset there would still be massive corruption, scams and rituals in Nigeria. A country that worships rich criminals and lynch hungry thieves. A country where having a car is an achievement. A country where you have to bribe your way through everything just because it's the "normal way". I would rather leave this country to retain my sanity. |
