It is okay if you’re a frequent flyer (not first timer). But if it is your first time… Hmmmmm! The Visa officer will decide sha. The value of Naira is the major problem as they expect you to move around, feed, shop, etc., and must have something substantial when you return.
Only in this forum, I have seen people whose closing balance is 3M and still get a 2-week visa issued. It has nothing to do with what you return to do at home after the holiday is done and fulfilled. Please we shouldn’t be creating anxiety in people's minds.

Please do you have any idea if walk in appointment is possible with payment of a fee?
You have to book an appointment on TLC to enable you to go to the office for submission of your documents. You have to make your payment through card. Cash at hand isn’t allowed

Hello everyone!

I trade cryptocurrencies for a living.

Can I still apply as self-employed? What documents do I need to show?

How do I go about it?
Cryptocurrency isn’t recognized by the Nigerian government so it will not be a wise idea for you to go and register your company. I can give you some ways you can bypass this. Firstly; you need to look for a company that can be paying monthly salary into your bank account without income from your transaction. Secondly; you can get an employment letter from the company as long the company is registered and has company documentation such as form CAC 2.1, CAC 2A, CAC 7, Tax Clearance Certificate, and introduction Letter written on the company letterhead paper, and the company proving you her bank statements for three months at least but the company I worked gave me 2months and 15 days while I submitted my personal bank statement of three months and five days. If you can provide that easily you are good to go without stress.

So, yesterday was also my appointment date. I went with passport photo but i was told that it does meet the requirements. I noticed that a large percentage was told to take another passport and it didn’t seem like an issue at all. In my opinion I believe strongly that it would even be better to take the passport at the center even though it is on the high side(6k)
How many passport photograph was received from you when you went for the submission?

That is normal for them to ask you to snap another picture, and only one picture is needed, i did same last year and i got 1 year Visa, that has nothing to do with your Visa approval.
Thank you so much. I was a bit skeptical if I made a big mistake because I had to google search the number of passport photograph that would be needed for the application before I read few comments under my posts. Your quote lifted my soul higher honestly! I hope for a positive outcome by God grace

I submitted my France Schengen visa application yesterday and deep down in my mind I met all the requirements but I didn’t have a passport photograph along to the center. I was charged for that and I snapped a picture but on the point of submitting the passport photograph, only one was accepted from me by the woman who attended to me at the biometric room. Immediately after the situation, I knew deep down that the visa application would be rejected or have a visa refused despite the fact I called the call center to explain things to them and was given the hope that if the application needed additional documentation I would be emailed.
For people who are going to submit their applications, kindly have it in the back of your mind that you need to do proper research and stand on what you have researched to avoid being led off by the agent at the submission center!

Make sure balance in the account is time 2.5 of total cost of travel

If you're spending let's say ₦2m on the rip, you balance shoulder be about ₦4m to ₦4.5m
Thank you for the information. I am deeply grateful

Tidy up the account for the next 6 months and apply then

Drop ₦3m in the account

Then monthly drop ₦500k for the next 6 months, then apply
My account has been so active for three months with Total Withdrawals of 6,574,167.32 and Total Lodgement of 4,400,700.00 for the course of three months. Just that I have slow inflow of money this month. Okay I have heard you for your break down!

The balance in your account now is too small to even buy ticket

If you also transfer the ₦6m, it would be flagged as depositing large sums in order to trick the ECO.

It's super 🎲 for you both ways
So at this point there is no point of submitting and wasting my documents? I am planning of spiting the funds into multiple inflow transactions to hit up the close balance.

France : 3 months
I am deeply aware that it is three months' bank statements that are needed to be printed out. It seems you didn’t read my post properly. I was saying that I had a million naira in my account right now and won’t it be obvious if six million nairas was sent into the account by spiting it within three to four days before my submission which is Nov 5?
Thank you for your response. I have contacted my workplace and three months' bank statements are needed. Please; will there be a bank reference attached to the company printed bank statement that I will submit too?
TravelRe: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by AKAyomide(m): 8:57pm On Oct 18, 2024
Please house. My appointment date is in two weeks and I want to know how many months back accounts statements will need to be printed out if my workplace wants to sponsor my trip to France. Secondly, is there any need to specify details on how my daily activities will be in Paris during my trip to the consulate?
Thirdly; my personal account balance is yet to hit the target I think it may be considered for the trips, will not stand obviously if a bulk of the money is sent into my account once.
Note: My account has been so active for three months with Total Withdrawals of 6,574,167.32 and Total Lodgement of 4,400,700.00. The close balance is 1M but I intend to make the balance to 7M before the first week of November. For 6 months of my account, my Total Withdrawal is 9,548,996.99 and my Total Lodgement is 8,349,275.00

Please I want to know if there are more debit transactions than a credit transaction on a personal statement account, will it jeopardize the challenge of getting a short stay visa regardless of the closed balance being on 8M? For instance, I always have a credit balance of 1.2 to 1.5M in a month but my debit transactions are almost 1.2 to 2M in a month. Please who there be any effect on the statement of account ahead of the submission date? I am curious and I want to know the chance limit ahead of time
TravelRe: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by AKAyomide(m): 6:02pm On Sep 13, 2024
As it stands right now, someone needs to show the statement of account of 7m upwards for a France visiting visa! It’s so hard right now to get such an amount! God will help everyone who wants to travel out of Nigeria.

This is so hilarious and I can’t think out my brain from it honestly. This is what the state government wasted millions of naira doing by creating employment for the citizens of Kano State. I can’t think out my brain from it. It is high time the National Assembly formulated act of parliament for the country to go back to regionalism through a federal system of it in a nature

Lagos center but if date is difficult for you, just click Abuja or the other center, then start afresh and click on your preferred location, there will be a reset and you will then see a lot of available date.

I submitted my application last week. You must fill visa form before you can be allowed to make appointment on Tls website.
I will say you should ensure your documents are ready because you will always see 2day appointment and closer dates than you think, as at last week the whole of August was available.
To book appointment date on Tls website is approx. 43k and visa fee is 156k
Please is the appointment date mostly available for Abuja center only or with Lagos State center too? I don’t want to be in a dark corner that is why I am asking. Fill an application on last month but not yet to see an appointment date

You will surely know the amount once you get an employment letter from the company because that is what you will use to apply for the work visa application. But don’t give than what you are told!

Thank u, bro.. I have been in this job for 8 years.. so

To get the fees is not an issue for me. I have almost 1.8m in fixed deposit so just need if the place is worth it..
It is worths it if the agency is reliable and trustworthy. Give it a chance but have it in the back of your mind that isn’t always 💯 and it is not always visa guarantee. Make a quarter payment of the agency fee and balance it up once you get the visa approval on your passport. You also need to make requirements on what kinds of job and do your research not only accepting things being said by someone

Good morning my beloved Narialand .

Please I need ur advice.

I have a cousin that travel to Kuwait on working visa..

And he said the country is good.
And he got his visa through an agent.. the working visa cost him 2.5-3m..

And he got a contract job for 3 years
Now he advised me to save some money and come over...

Now this is my condition i work in a company as a (fitter mechanical ) engineering..industrial mechanical technician ..(currently working)

With total salary of 204k monthly.

After tax pension.. HMO and other. My net will be 150k

I Am planning to save up some money for this journey..

please 🙏 I need ur advice on this .

do u think leaving my job of 204k and travel to Kuwait on working visa wot it?

Please if ur in my shoe what would u do? I am 36 years old.. just with tread test certificate.. on (fitter) mechanical

What advice do u have for me..

Thank u ...
It worths if if you think about your present economic situation right now. Your net salary is 150k and that can’t pay the agency fee in a year. Won’t you think that if you were able to pool the agency fee for a year plus then you will need to consider your flight ticket and accommodation on your arrival before you settle down. All that needs to be put into a consideration

Good morning house
I submitted on 25th of this month, not up to 6days yet,I received a message my passport has been returned ready to be pick...am abit nervous😵
Does this fast return means refusal??
No. Sometime it is always fast and some periods you may wait for four weeks. Please, when did you fill your application for the tourist visa?
TravelRe: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by AKAyomide(m): 4:15am On Jul 25, 2024
Please I need a strong clarification. I am confused about what could have been the reason I haven’t been given an appointment confirmation after I did my application on the 24th of last month and it was a month on either Monday or Tuesday. Please I want to know if my statement of account printed during my application is still valid even though it has been a month since I printed it out during my application and if my appointment is being scheduled for early next month can it still be used? As anyone witnessed such a delay before now? I am so worried and I don’t need to pretend as if I wasn’t worried at all. Thank you in advance for anyone to reply to me.

Coronavirus1:
If others don't have voter cards like him who will now vote for him?
In Nigeria, we practice Universal Adult Suffrage and it is in the control of the law of this nation to allow qualified adults to be voted for and to vote on the adult wills! If the candidate didn’t have a voter card and he is contesting for a political office it is left for the electorate to determine his faith at the poll! Everyone enjoys his or her political liberty, and political participation, and the major rights are political, and economic rights, Academic freedom, civil and political rights, decentralization, dissident, and freedom of assembly. In case everyone decides not to have a registered voter card then we will all switch back to direct democracy, not representative democracy whereas we follow due process made by the legal state status!

Read the report completely before you form opinion, which in this case is a baseless one.

The report already said it is not a constitutional requirement to be a registered voter before standing for elective position but that it would a case of criminal litigation because the candidate allegedly submitted a FORGED voter's card to INEC as a registered voter.

According to the investigation, the names on the voter's card the candidate submitted to INEC is not found on the voter's register for all the 18 LGA of Edo State. Allegedly implying that he forged it, which is a criminal conduct.
The best the party can do is to withdraw the application form and make some modifications on it to avoid litigation. It’s not necessary to add things to jeopardize his challenge to emerge. Thank you for your breakdown for me. I appreciate it so much
PoliticsRe: Edo APC Governorship Candidate, Monday Okpebholo Not Registered To Vote by AKAyomide(m): 12:19pm On Jul 10, 2024
It doesn’t mean that he needs to be a registered voter for him to stand as a political candidate to run for an elected office. It’s mere talk say and it’s baseless. He may decide not to come out to cast his vote because it’s on his right to do so too
