The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Benue State notes with regret that the suspended State Secretary of the party, Joseph Nyam, has taken to playing truancy rather than comply with the requirements imposed on him by the laws of the party.

The party reminds the suspended Secretary that his suspension for acts injurious to the overall interests of the party was carefully carried through lawful and due process which is already before the National Secretariat of the party.

He is hereby advised in very strong terms to comply with the punishment meted to him with the decorum expected of one of his status, or risk attracting harsher punitive measures.

There is no place in the laws of the party for a suspended official to sit in his privacy and issue suspension orders on leaders of the party.

Furthermore, Cornelius Terhemen Hwande, who goes by the unofficial nomenclature of Media Consultant to the party, is hereby directed to desist forthwith from issuing correspondences under the name of the party without express clearance from the office of the State Publicity Secretary of the party.

Rather the majority of the state exco suspended the chairman, secretary and others with the majority vote. Here is my evidence where is yours?
