In the back pages, someone mentioned that there is a light notification in front of the c8 near the front camera flashlight, how true is it?? if true then how can we access the light settings??

Av successfully flashed twrp and root my tecno c8, only problem i experience is that i can't tether my hotspot to another android device using vpn (psiphon, tweakware, openvpn, http injector or sas). I don try tire.... I have tryd iswat tether unlocker and df tethering unlocker but i still can't tether my other android phone.
I have two friends too who have same problem of how Android lollipop is stubborn in tethering with other Android phones.

Pls friends, any suggestions
