I have an issue with my name

The names on my NIN and jamb profile does not align with the one on my waec and neco certificate. For example:
The name on my waec certificate is
Daniel Ese Naomi
And the one on my nin and jamb profile is Daniel Eseoghene Naomi.

Before I wrote jamb, I tried correcting my NIN name so it could tally with my waec and neco result, but they couldn't find my information on their system. Despite waiting for a couple of weeks. And I had no choice but to register like that. Now I just graduated August this year but clearance has not commenced fully. Where can I make corrections as I am totally confused on what to do now.

I submitted and paid for the tourist eVisa on 13 October 2025 via the DHA portal. I was able to successfully make payment and upload all the required supporting documents, each now shows a check mark beside it. However, my application status has remained “Awaiting Supporting Documents” since then.

I reached out to the Department of Home Affairs (hacc@dha.gov.za) last week but haven’t received a response yet. I’m concerned that my application may not be progressing because the system might not have registered my uploads correctly.

My mum’s application is linked to mine, so this may also be affecting her status.

Has anyone experienced this?

Hello Gurus' pls I need urgent support, I made a recent application for a standard UK visitors visa to attend a brother's graduation ceremony however, after the application, I realised that My sister marked "No" for the section that asked " have you been refused a visa before". Though she completed the application for me but she submitted as if I was the one who completed the application.
