Which level of approvals have they gotten because there are different stages and approval processes in govt agencies as stated below.

(i) Adherence to Manpower Budget for proposed recruitments, which must
be approved by the supervising Ministry or Agency;
(ii) Obtaining of Waiver to Recruit from the Office of the Head of Civil
Service of the Federation (OHCSF);
(iii) Appropriate budgetary provisions to accommodate the proposed
recruitments;
(iv) Leiter of Clearance from the Director-General ot the Budget Office
of the Federation to confirm budgetary provision for the proposed
recruitment;
(v) Approval of the Federal Character Commission for the distribution of
vacancies for the proposed recruitment to ensure equitable distribution
of vacancies among the States;
(vi) Obtaining Certificate of Compliance for he Federal Charac er
Commission for the recruitment;
(vii) Representations of the Federal Civil Service Commission as
observers in recruitment processes in the Federal Ministries;
(viii) Representation of the Office of the Office of the Head of the Civil
Service of the Federation (OHCSF) in order to ensure compliance with
extant rules and procedures for recruitment; and
(ix) In the case of Agencies/Parastatals, appropriate representations of
supervising Ministries and Agencies to provide necessary guidance
and give credibility to the exercise.

When people talk about NIMASA, I just laugh because it's not the same Nimasa that I know, even their staffs rank NPA higher. If there is a salary difference, it will be a little different from what people here say. Can you compare a director in Nimasa to a port manager in NPA? At NPA, the port manager makes more money with ease.first, with Nimasa likely earning somewhat more, but I can guarantee you that NPA will pay off in the end. You have a better chance of joining NPA than NIMASA, and if Nimasa is hiring 200 people, NPA will hire about 800. There are some departments within NPA where you might never have to touch your salary while working there. Firs is a good place to work. When individuals complain about their employees taking out loans, they should be aware that Nimasa, NUPRC, and CBN employees also take out loans. The reason for this is because banks provide their employees of large agencies favourable loan rates that can be readily withdrawn from salaries and allowances without causing them undue stress. I know a lot of FIRS employees who are doing better than NIMASA employees, so it's not about where you work but rather how you use and handle your income.

You see PENCOM, AMCON, NUPRC, NMDPRA, BPE, NFIU, CBN, DMO, DBN.. etc. They are operate like a cult, you hardly have a sniff of what's going on until it happens. Even some will happen and you will not hear anything.

Who observed that Firs employees are no longer interacting on this page? A family member informed me that Firs may now be regarded as a grade A parastatal, just as it was previously, after they added some allowances to the salary increase that was completed last year.
