My Brother am having same issue So what do you think it's the next step

Please has anyone experienced this. I already did capturing since sept 2 and ever since then it has been on production. But to my suprise this afternoon the portal is showing what's in the attach. Please guys whats the way forward


Its just a technical issue. It will come back yo normal but I'm still confused as to why its yet to be issued after 2months
