I didn’t upload my bank statement because it had a lot of unexplained credits and debits .

Please what time can I go and collect my passport from VFS Ikeja .
Just got a collection mail but with no time specification.

Standard visa takes 15 working days.
You start counting from the following day you did capturing at VFS.
If after 15 working days, you did not get a visa, you can do a paid call

Good evening everyone .
Please I want to find out when do we start counting for the processing time . Is it from the day of biometrics or from the day we receive the email that it has arrived the DMC.
I did my biometrics on the 10th of January but didn’t get the email that it has reached the DMC till 15th of January. So I am confused as to when to start counting from .
