To all gurus in the house, please

My question;
I'm a registered nurse, I already applied under FSW/EE, March 2015.

I have been scored but very low.

Now, I wish to apply for PNP in order to boost my EE score. Kindly advise on the best/easiest Province to apply for PNP.
