You can't go to their office without an appointment, and they hardly pick up their calls for you to book an appointment with them,

Good evening everyone, please how long do I still need to wait for foreign office to contact my husband? , I got my verification completed email since 13th of January, uptill now the foreign office are yet to contact him, I'm worried, they are not also picking up their calls..
