Haba! After patronizing someone by buying expensive items, this doesn't show customer appreciation at all. Alabaconnect, do the right thing. If you gave him a damaged TV, you should do well to replace it. This is a bad way to treat your customers. I hope the admins see to this that this matter is treated.

To put into summary;
. Bought an open-box TV set (49" which I sent initially. Went well

. Paid 320k for an upgrade (55" QLED Q64T) which I stalled for a day or 2 because I knew the specs and condition of the first I sold and didn't want to send a standard less. I even mentioned to him that I had an importer bringing some open box set that I had to check because this wasn't as clean as the first(That he can confirm). The one I checked wasn't up to my standard so I told him and he said I should just send the one I wanted to(No close body image was requested and none was sent)

. He picked up days after and he didn't like. I was off when it was to be waybilled so I didn't access fully before my secretary sent but he said it was dusty and all.

. Days after or a day later, he asked he sent it back and asked for a replacement which I presented options. He picked a 2021 qled frame which I personally checked and accessed to avoid another mistake. I purchased, he paid and I sent it to him


. He requested a refund which I told him that I would give after I sell

That's backlight issue. Given the brand, they'll keep on working it rather than change it completely. Just get you a good power surge to help control the current going into the set. That should help the repair stay longer

Wat I think is, when new iOS is out and u update it, iPhone automatically reduces the power of the camera to make u buy the new products

Same thing happened to my Samsung s6, when I first bought the phone, the camera was sharp but with time, the camera fades away

I don't even want to talk about Tecno or infinix because the problem is more common with them

So, I concluded that ur camera was not made to serve u forever, with time, it fades away even s10 camera too fades
