HOW TO SET UP MYETHERWALLET:
Go to https://www.myetherwallet.com
Provide a strong password click create wallet.
Save your keystore file
Copy your Private key and keep somewhere safe (do not share with anyone)

To login using JsonFile
You will be asked to put the Jsonfile you downloaded
Locate the file at your download directory
Select
Put password
Click unlock
You will see your wallet address

All important things must be kept safe.
