Trimming your hair regularly helps your hair look and feel better. Besides, it’s also a long “bye-bye” to those annoying split ends.

2. Follow a Healthy Lifestyle

Hair, like your skin and your nails, is often a barometer of general health. If you are healthy, your hair will probably look good. And if your hair is falling, it could be a sign of possible health problems.

So everything you do for good health also applies to hair: eat fruits and vegetables (Vitamin B, Iron, Calcium and Zinc have especially been linked to healthy hair); always consume a protein-rich diet (hair is made up of proteins), and drink adequate water.

Top Tips for Hair Loss Prevention

Do You need to prevent hair loss before your hair begins to thin out – And the answer lies in sensible hair care.

Most people think about preventing hair loss only after they have lost a lot of it. But if you start early (like when you still have a head full of hair) it works out a lot easier both emotionally and financially. In fact, the truth is - preventing hair loss is a simpler process than treating hair loss. Plainly put, it all boils down to some sensible hair care - if you take care to keep the hair you’ve got, you will be blessed with better looks and healthier hair. So here are a few things you can do to prevent your hair from falling:

1. Follow a healthy lifestyle
2. Take care of your hair
3. Avoid things bad for your hair and
4. Adopt simple Home treatments

1. Take Care of Your Hair

Dirty hair is more likely to get infected and more likely to fall – so keep your hair clean. Buy good-quality shampoo and hair products. When you shampoo your hair, concentrate on the scalp and hair roots. When applying a conditioner or hair lotion, it is better to concentrate on the ends of your hair (which tend to dry out faster and are more vulnerable to the damage that comes from exposure).

One question posters have failed to ask OP is, how do you confirm if your access countries are able to call iprn given to you by the premium number company? Note: if you're able to access it from Nigeria, it doesn't mean others in other countries can access it..... I read a comment, where someone said you should try an iprn with airtel line (Nigeria)...ridiculous. will you start looking for airtel users to patronize you (confusing). We have different networks in foreign countries and these iprn numbers can only access some (not all networks). Iprn access (highest have seen is 6-8countries) and most cases, majority of the access countries might not be countries you wanted to connect best option is to skype with telepremium customer care for better explanation, maybe from there we can move this thread forward, because I don't see OP giving out the updated version of the ebook free. I just explained the major problems in premium number,we must solve these problems first. PLS pardon my errors
Splendid!! you have idea of how this business work.Like I said, the part two of this book will cover much of what was not discussed in part one. People can also go extra mile in researching deep into the business on their own.

On the issue of network,Yes it is not all iprn you can access with a particular line or operator.

Im still getting mails on traffic issue. I will concentrate more on this aspect in the update.

For any business to thrive, you need customers for online business the traffics are your customers

Like i said at the begining of this thread, traffic is difficult to get if you dont know at the same time it is as easy as eating pap if you know your way round it.
I shall be revealing some of closely guided secret on this in the update which i will henceforth be refering as part two of who else has not make money online.

Two types of hair loss not related to the hair growth cycle are trichotillomania and traction alopecia.

• Trichotillomania is a compulsive behavior in which a person pulls hair out of the scalp, eyelashes, or eyebrows. There is usually mounting tension before pulling the hair and a feeling of relief afterward.
•Traction alopecia involves hair loss around the edge of the hairline and is especially noticeable around the face and forehead. It is caused by your method of hairstyling. Certain hairstyles can pull hair too tight; for example, tight braids or tight ponytails can cause hair loss.

TYPES OF HAIR LOSS

There are many types of hair loss. It is often categorized according to when it takes place during the hair growth cycle: anagen, catagen, and telogen.

•The anagen phase is when your hair grows-your hair follicle forms a new hair shaft. Most (90%) of the hair on your scalp is in a growing phase that lasts from 2 to 6 years.
•The catagen phase follows the anagen stage. This is a 1- to 2-week transition stage between anagen and telogen. Less than 1% of your scalp hair is in this phase.
•The telogen stage is the rest stage. At the end of this 3- to 4-month phase, some of your hair falls out. Losing up to 100 hairs a day is normal. When a hair falls out, a new hair is grown in the same hair follicle, and the growing cycle begins again.

Androgenetic alopecia is inherited hair loss. In this type of hair loss, the growth (anagen) cycle becomes shorter and shorter. The hair follicles sprout hairs that are thinner than normal. The hairs become thinner and thinner, and eventually the follicles wither away.

Alopecia areata is a type of hair loss that is caused when the immune system mistakenly attacks hair follicles. This type of hair loss begins to get worse when hair follicles enter the rest (telogen) phase too soon.

Telogen effluvium has many causes. In this type of hair loss, large numbers of hairs enter the resting phase (telogen), which causes shedding and thinning. Usually no more than 50% of the hair is affected, and hair loss may occur up to 3 months after the event that causes it.1 Causes include:
•Mental stress or physical stress, such as recent surgery, illness, or high fever.
•Poor nutrition, especially lack of protein or iron in the diet.
•Side effects of medicines, such as blood thinners (anticoagulants).
•Changes in hormone levels, such as those that occur after childbirth, when taking birth control pills, or at menopause.

@All. I have uploaded the link for free download of the e-book. I will not be attending to request for the e-book any longer. The link will be there for just few days before I delete it.

Two new traffic methods just came to my mind a couple of minutes ago but I will no be sharing them because of abuse. Just be innovative and think outside the box and you will surely get it.
Despite that I have posted the link for the free download. I still got quite a lots of request in my mail box for the book, some people even offer to pay but just like I said that I will not collect a dime for this. I simply refer them to the thread to download from the link free.

For those that may be trying the link, I'm sorry, the link has been deactivated just as I have said that it will not be there forever. There are over one thousand download already. Those that have downloaded can share it. I am in the process of updating the book most especially the traffic generating aspect and other hidden secret of this business but it may not be free.

Those that have the guide can start with it, you only need to be innovative and think outside the box to make money with it. What I just gave out free cost me lots of resources to uncovered (Few people that are into the business really hoard that information and try to frustrate my effort in getting into that business).I hope what I have shared will be of benefit to some people.

[quote author=youngdad post=49051340]@op i got email from d site i got the premium number that there is no activity on my line and that the company needs it.Pls whats the next step. How long does it take for them to deactivate a number.Thanks[/quo

Stop sending traffic to that number.check your number list it will no longer be there. Telepremium does that often, once they notice that your number is not active for sometime, they will realease it from your panel. The good thing is that you will still keep all the earning the number must have generated before
being deactivated from you. The learning
point:never leave your number inactive for
long, always check your panel to ensure your number is still yours and dont keep more than the number you can promote.Check your earning regularly.
Go and registeq another number..

Im tempted to share another detailed info on small scale food export but due to my tight schedule if i start a thread on that, i may find it difficult coping with my other business. It is a business people should also look into

Exporting common items like Garri, crayfish.gounded dry pepper, yam flour, maggi cubes, indomie, locust bean etc.
The business is not too difficult too start but what people lack is information.
