My parent’s temporary visa application was just approved. Pls how can she go about submitting her passport? She lives in lagos. Does she have to dispatch to Abuja or she can visit lagos vfs?

Does lagos vfs stamp? Or can they send to abuja for stamping? Pls help.

What docs are needed and where can we make payment pls? Is passport photo required?
