Yes you can. You can even be there by 6am. The appointment is done on first come basis not the time on your confirmation page

I went to Dubai in November 2018 with a 3 months tourist visa and started working in Dubai after I got my employment visa and got my residency. I only worked in Dubai for 5 months before coming back to Nigeria. I came back to Nigeria in July 2019. Please do I need to get police clearance from Dubai and how do I go about please?

Finally I read 181 pages in two days. My baby is coming soonest to celebrate her birthday here with me and after that she will file for me.
