I'm from Anambra and pretty much know what goes on in my state. On Monday 17th June, Anambra Vigilantee Group(AVG) foiled a kidnap attempt at a Hotel in Nnewi. They chased the kidnappers to the boundary between Nnewi and neighbouring Nnobi where they engaged the kidnappers in a shootout. Unfortunately, a young girl who was caught in the crossfire, and a member of the Vigilantee team, were both killed.

A week later, Reno Omokiri and other peddlers of false news have reduced this unfortunate incident to mean that IPOB was enforcing sit at home and killed the girl, just to call out Peter Obi.
