Russia since 2022 have completely replaced western products in their country. Iran has refused to do the same.

Russia also trade in Rubles, both oil and gas.

Any serious country confronting the West must first de-dollarize. That is their greatest weapon of war.

Don't be surprised to find out that the sales of diesel to US will be in Rubles/Dollars since the sanctions are still On. Russia currently have little to no dollar reserves.

This is a country with the largest Nukes arsenal. Today they're at least 75% self sufficient.

Meanwhile Iran with nothing, no Aerospace industry, no heavy industries, no nothing, just dey fire missiles upandan with no long term strategy.
