festacman: Olusosun didn't make you who you are. Many of your peers at Olusosun are still poor and unmade. They will get more confused when then hear this. You are a product of dream and preparation having a handshake with opportunity.
It is about God's grace as you keyed in exploring and polishing the football talent God gave you, waiting for opportunity to break. It came.
In summary, some grassroots club owners took you and honed your talent. Emmanuel Amunike scouted you and showed you to the world at the U17 World Cup. From there through Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and now Turkey. The rest as they say is sweet history.
Give these people some credit, Victor. God bless grassroots coaches who are often forgotten in spite of their contributions to the supply chain. Believe me, it is not easy.
person wey get him life talk say na Olusosun made him and you are saying no What’s your problem you can also say your own and mention wherever you are made Nd stop having headaches for another person matter
festacman: This is a grand plot spearheaded by non indigenous Lagos Yoruba for them to dominate indigenous Lagos Yoruba in their own state.
The only one moment a true Lagos indigene was elected the Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, it was swiftly revised and even some indigenous traditional rulers who supported the move were sanctioned and later forgiven when they kowtowed once again in total submission.
Why is Badagry treated like an orphan in Lagos State? When will a true Lagos Indigene: an Awori, an Egun, an indigenous Egba or Ijebu become Lagos State Governor instead of people from other states? Funso William, Musuliu Obanikoro, Jimi Agbaje, etc. were all frustrated. Why should non indigenous Yoruba have access to both opportunities in their true State of Origin and Lagos while Lagos Indigenes eat crumbs in their own state. So many questions.
God never sleeps.
shut up we don’t have Lagos Yoruba Yoruba is Yoruba carry your division go back to Your region
Chimex002: “My Shop Was The Only One Demolished By The Lagos State Government Simply Because I’m The Only Igbo Person Who Owns A Shop There. I Did Noth
Akinboboz: There might still be move even before the end of the year...one thing I don't understand is why all these Governors are moving to the ruling party....this is not good for the oppositions...the opposition parties needs to do something about this before it too late..
The opposition’s we have dosent play the opposition well as they leave their job and embark on personal vendetta
voiceoftheupcom: A Nigerian lady has gone viral after revealing how she boldly made the first move on her now-boyfriend.
The X (formerly Twitter) user, identified as @simplytee23, shared screenshots of their very first conversation, admitting that she felt “shameless” at the time but is now grateful as the relationship is nearing its third anniversary. Eyes Of Lagos reports, Making the first move
According to her, it all began after her then-crush complimented her. Summoning courage, she confessed her feelings, though she joked she was afraid she might “trend on Twitter as the girl that loves at first text” if things went wrong.
The chat quickly blossomed into something deeper as the pair exchanged numbers, discussed their relationship dynamics, and eventually became inseparable.
She reflected:
“I was scared that we won’t be compatible, but God had other plans cause he gave me a best friend for life.”
Netizens react
Her story struck a chord with many social media users who praised her courage and even shared similar experiences of making the first move.
While some hailed her for defying stereotypes around women initiating relationships, others joked that they lacked the boldness to try such.
Her post has since continued to trend, inspiring debates on whether love should wait for tradition or embrace boldness.
Honestly Igbo girls do this too, they are bold and go for it if they like any man When I was living in Ogurugu road,Nnsuka Enugu state I eventually toast a girl and she boldly told me that she is already planning to come and meet me before weekend if I didn’t approach her first, and when I moved to Nkpor junction after that a girl boldly walk up to me and normally toasts me I was shocked bècause I have never experienced it before I left SW. Igbo in the house I’m not saying this in a bad context
ZombieTAMER: We trust SW to eschew tribalism and do the right thing
it's clear to the blind that Tinubu has failed
who I go come vote for if not Tinubu I would consider voting for Igbo if they present a better candidates. I am surprise that despite Igbo having many sounds and brilliant people the only person the can provide is Peter Obi ,South East should look for a better candidate and not this Peter Obi if they are serious about producing president
Shagreenn: The man you are seeing in this video is Ngozi Ogbu, a politician in imo state who was abducted fews days ago by the separatists. Residents of Imo State are still in shock after the abduction of this former member of the Imo State House of Assembly, who represented Okigwe Constituency. The incident occurred on Sunday, September 7, 2025, in Onuimo Local Government Area, when armed men believed to be separatist agitators intercepted Ogbu’s vehicle and whisked him away at gunpoint.
Now, a chilling video surfaced online showing the former lawmaker in captivity. In the footage, heavily armed men identified as members of the so-called Liberation Army issued threats, demanding that security operatives deployed around the “White House” in Okigwe should be withdrawn or they will kill the politician and others under their custody. Authorities in Imo have since launched a full-scale rescue operation, deploying tactical units, intelligence officers, and local security outfits to track down the kidnappers and secure Ogbu’s release. The police spokesperson in the state confirmed the abduction but urged residents to remain calm, assuring that every effort is being made to bring him back alive.
The state government has also condemned the abduction, calling it a direct attack on democracy and peace in Imo. They warned that criminal gangs hiding under the guise of agitation will be crushed. For now, tension remains high in Okigwe and surrounding communities, as the people anxiously await word on Ogbu’s safety. The police have not yet confirmed any breakthrough in the rescue mission, but security patrols have been intensified, and surveillance is ongoing. This abduction adds to the growing wave of insecurity in the South-East, where high-profile kidnappings, attacks on security agents, and violent clashes have become more frequent.
As investigations continue, residents hope that Ngozi Ogbu’s ordeal will end soon, and that justice will be served against those responsible. In the video below, the Politician was seen begging all to do the needful to save his life.
Dogalmighty17: State police is never and will never be the solution to the insecurity of Nigeria. We all saw what the Anambra state security outfit Agunechemba did a couple of weeks back.
Smart and technology driven policing is what the solution to the insecurity in Nigeria calls for. Nigeria's security architecture is full of too many dumb heads. From their commanders to the foot soldiers on the streets. There is no intelligence among them. Not proactive in reasoning and strategy. They serve not this country but are only where they are because of the system of patronage Nigeria has institutionalised.
El-Rufai said a serving senator from the North is a huge sponsor of the banditry going around the Northern parts of Nigeria. The security agencies know who this senator is but can they dare go after him? Will state police be better in this case? State police were the governor and top politicians of the state will make sure are filled with their thugs and loyalists? Imagine state police in the hands of a demon like Yahaya Bello.
The are talking about state police you are talking about state civilian vigilante group Every state in America have state police London have municipal cops
Mbanda: Point of correction, before you carry una fake history enter here. Gowon and his advisers started it stop spreading nonsense here.
