Hello, I noticed some kinds of advert had been viral on Nairaland and other social media now about a plot of land sold for N600k in Ibeju LEKKI.

I was like LEKKI for that matter, it's even quoted that the lands are in a residential area, I found this to be too good to be true.

Guys, sirs and ma, Please has anyone confirmed how legit this is?
