How can one re-apply through the portal after previously been declined.

Reason for decline was, not haven reached the 4 years requirement when I initially applied.

Am back at the portal after the timing has reached, but can't find the way to reapply.

Abeg make una leave dis people dem. Why do you have to disgrace him in public like this. Wetin una con gain 4 inside. Most of una wey dey judge am so, d day wen una nyansh go open ehhh, dey go know say wetin u dey do worse pass dis one.
We have no right to judge or humiliate someone like that abeg.
