Ifeanyi Ubah was doing too much with too little capital, he was overshooting what his capital can handle and hence supporting it with borrowings from banks. His problem was that, though he was making turnovers, inventories were plying up and so were his debtors, his cost of sales was also increasing and he could not pay back interest on loans. He now devised a scheme of collecting loans from banks to settle other existing loans, business expensive and also trading expense. That is where he started shooting himself on the leg. He also started collaborating with shipping companies to divert petroleum products (where he fell out with Cosmas Maduka and Access Bank Plc). When you sum up all these, you would see management inefficiencies only perpetrated by someone who is uneducated. AMCON knew they would take over, it was just a matter of time. This is a welcome development at least better than killing the company altogether.

I did not include Rochas because he has only been there for 3 years. Theodore Orji and Elechi can't be better than Peter Obi no matter how bad Obi may be and i don't think Anambra is worse off than Obi met it.

Massive inner road construction in Onitsha too, attracting foreign investment thereby also creating jobs for the youths,handing over schools to Missionaries hereby bringing out quality management and discipline,brought sanity to Anambra polity as a whole, Anambra has the best rural road network in the whole of Nigeria. seanet02: Yes i am a member of the osoba camp but i have been having a rethink due to the grandstanding of Aremo and co on giving the Governor a free hand to rule the state.
I cannot be a party to irresponsibility. Most of those under osoba are angry at Amosun just because he is not the father christmas type.
The last time i was home, we try to convince the osoba faithfuls in Ogun central senatorial that fighting Amosun on the basis of not sharing state funds among party members runs contrary to logic, common sense and the purpose of progressive politics and against the people of the state considering the sterling, dynamic and wonderful performance of Amosun in almost every sphere.
The only thing they want is sharing the state. We are going to fight them to a standstill. this have even put me at loggerhead with party leaders. The purpose of governance is not sharing the largesse, it is sincerity.
