JOB TITLE: Real Estate Manger, Marketing Executive,

Responsibilities:
• Manage properties, sell and acquire landed properties in Nigeria..
• Look at and collect information about a property; and arrange for photographs to be taken;
• Visit and talk with the sellers about their properties/its special features
• Estimate the value of the property
• Market and promote properties for sale
• Compile home information packs, contact qualified home inspectors to complete relevant sections
• Represent the sellers in negotiations
• Monitor sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents
• Advise clients and help buyers decide on what they want to buy
• Make sure that a price is acceptable to both buyer and seller
• Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.

Qualifications and Requirements/Skills:
• Minimum of OND in Estate Mgt. or BSC/HND in any relevant field
